Burger King

This service was very displeasing and terrible!! The dude who took my order had no customer service, dry and rude! The food was horrible so horrible I have to share pics! I ordered the the 5your way meal and the nuggets were burnt, the burger was sloppy, I supposedly had to wait in the front because fries were cooking but the ones he brought was lukewarm SMH! HOLD UP! TTHATS NOTHING I WAS TRYING TO BRING MY HUSBAND SOMETHING TO EAT ALSO SO I ORDERED HIM THE WHOPPER MELT(REPLICA OF PATTY MELT) LOOK AT THE SHORT CLIP...THIS IS WHAT HE GOT!!!! 2 END BREADS...FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO THE FULLEST!!!!!

This was the worst restaurant experience of my life, fast food or otherwise. The lobby was closed, so went to the drive through. Waited 5 minutes once I got to the speaker for someone to take my order. Paid. Was directed to pull around to the front to get my order. There was no one behind me; everyone has pulled around me due to the long wait. Waited 25 minutes for my order to come out. Finally pounded on the door. Saw they were giving people their food at the window. When someone came to the Said they forgot me. Brought me cold food. One guy told me he told the other guy to bring it out. I asked for a refund. They ignored me. Finally I got someone’s attention and he said he couldn’t give me a refund because his manager was out of town and couldn’t be reached. Remade my order. Fries still old and cold. Won’t ever go there again. Contacted the company but they haven’t responded. DON’T GO HERE…. I think the guys were stoned.

Lobby closed so only drive through. First off we were not given a receipt, icecream was way off tasted like cleaner, sprite was off tasted like carbonation only, fries were hot but mouth full of salt, chicken was cold and rubbery, and whopper was great taste but once again burger was NOT cooked all the way. I don't mind but when it's cold I DO mind! Pulled over in their parking lot to call them and it goes straight to answering machine so pulled back through drive and complained they gave me half a refund! DONT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY GET NEW STAFF. 😤

If I could rate 0 I would. Waited here for 30 minutes for a DoorDash order. They helped every customer before me. They handed out my order to the wrong person and I had to wait even longer. They also had what sounded like fortnite playing on a super loud speaker. Have never seen a more unprofessional work place.

Ordered a my food and the lady at the drive through keyed in a more expensive item instead. When I called her on it, she said it was the same item and that they were just more expensive. But once I got home and checked, it turns out she just lied to me to get more money out of me. I won't be going back.

Absolute nightmare of a fast food joint. Loud obnoxious guys in the back talking about killing themselves, curse words flowing abundantly, and meandering around with no real purpose. This was after I was left waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes, and decided to come inside to an empty lobby. What exactly was this guy busy with?

I understand that the more people you serve the more money you make 🤔 but giving out old fries and old chicken nuggets is sad😔 my fries were cold before I left the Drive thru. The chicken nuggets were cold. HELLO PEOPLE WHO WORK AT BURGER KING...... french fries are only good for 7 minutes after they are cooked.....7.....not hours. Maybe your cook needs to take a food handlers class. I'm just saying 🙄. I will never go here again. For those of you who do still go....ask for your fries with out salt. 😱That's what my food looked like right out of the drive thru.😷
