Didn't get my complete order. Called for refund. Something about my account will get a credit. Never did. I keep logging in and not seeing it. Something about not enough drivers. Unfortunately, I included a kind tip on this order too, being Christmas season and all. Feel like I got double burned on it.
When I go to order my weekly pizza, I keep closing the window and opting to cook a frozen one instead.
You need to learn how to refund a customer when they ask instead of all this credit garbage. I knew it was a bad deal for me.

All of our food was fresh and delicious! I was expecting it to be a bit dry because I was running behind on the pickup time but it was just as fresh as it would be coming straight from the oven. Whoever was working the window was the best part of the pickup. He was incredibly friendly and sociable!!

Worst pizza I have ever had. Spent hundreds with Pizza Hut. Many mistakes but they took the cake this time. The 16th and grand store in Billings. The manager on duty did nothing but stay quiet on the phone and failed to attempt to even listen. I advise against this experience

The cheese pizza must have been from a canceled order, the crust was drowned in garlic sauce in random chunks, it was cold and I could peel off the cheese in one piece. The cookie was burnt on the bottom, and the wings were dry with not enough garlic sauce for even one. The only good food thay was fresh was my special order pizza. The rest tasted like it had been sitting around until someone ordered it. I threw it away

Our pizza crust was not cooked all the way - and I love Pizza Hut deep dish crust - so that was disappointing. Otherwise it was good.

Not get my order wrong. I ordered 1 cheese and 1 half pepperoni/ half Italian sausage. I got 1 cheese and 1 half pepperoni/ half cheese.

the crust was not done it was soggy..... ,, sausage was not italian, sauce was not spread it was gobbed on at the edges,,, for 21.00 dollars a waste of money..
