Wendy's

My husband and I ordered food to take home from the drive through. While waiting on our food. I was watching the employees. I watched the guy working the registers. He was putting a trash bag in the trash can without gloves on. Then without washing his hands he got someone at the counter a frosty. We were told to wait in front of the store for our food. We waited and watched 3 or 4 cars order and pull out with orders. I went in and inquired about our order. The girl said they were waiting on the grill. Since I was already at the counter. I called the guy over to talk to him. I mentioned the trash can, gloves, and frosty thing. He said rudely I went to the back and washed my hands. I know for a fact 💯 he did not!! I told him that was untrue & maybe next time wear gloves or really wash your hands. He told me to mind my own business. I said I am & the well fair of every customer he serves.

I usually go once a week and rarely had problems. The last time I went the didn't mess up my order but did mix it all up. I asked for a strawberry frosty and then pulled through and got the frosty. I opened it and it was chocolate and I never got my spoon or straw. I went back through and the guy handing the food out said that they were out of strawberry. If I would've known they were out of strawberry I wouldn't have ordered a frosty.

Take forever to take an order, can't get order right, then price on screen doesn't match menu, which is false advertising. Standard business practice is to honor the price posted, even if the price has changed, otherwise it's false advertising. After we argued with them, they gave us a discount, but we shouldn't have had to explain to them that they have to honor their posted price. If not for the discount, this would be a one star review.

One of the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too and we travel everywhere. I thought it was just the first time I went during lunch time it was just an off day but I messed up and went back after a week later and it was even worse then. The fries were old and hard. The strawberry lemonade tasted like straight water, the whole food order was wrong even though on the receipt it was right, the guy at the window was scooping ice to the cups using his hands no ice scoop, and the nuggets were soggy. Do not waste your time or money.

Tried to get food in the drive thru. That was a joke, I got held up for 15 minutes behind the person at the order box. The employee acknowledged he was there, but wouldn't take his order. Couldn't back out because of other vehicles behind me and no other way around the line. Really wish I had read the other reviews first, I wouldn't have lost 15 minutes of my life in their drive thru.

Ordering through drive-thru is like a rerun of “Dude where’s my car”. Literally, “is that all” should be on the Wendy’s sign here. They are SO rushed, there will literally be no line and you get, is that all on repeat. Like bro. No. That’s not all. This place inside, is absolutely disgusting. lol like no joke. Evening shifts usually high and their pretty rude. Chicken sandwiches always suck. Lunch shift is probably the best. Whoever’s their around 11-12:30 cooking does better than the other shifts. The burgers are usually hot, but not the chicken sandwiches. Last chicken sandwich I got was pretty questionable. It smelt like a gym locker shoe and the batter wasn’t fully cooked, also cold. 🤮 after that last chicken sandwich, I quit coming here. Pretty bad when you have to chose McDonald’s over Wendy’s for several reasons. 😪I personally would definitely not want to be the responsible manger or GM over this location. 🥴
