Kfc

Had dinner here at 730pm on a Friday night.... this particular night we ordered, paid and had our chicken sandwiches and seasoned fries 🍟 in 3 minutes..... several cars went thru drive-thru as we had our dinner in the car.... the sandwiches were hot and substantial the fries 🍟 were super good and hot also.... the girl working was very nice 2..... It's been almost 2 yrs since I have visited a KFC or any other fast food establishment glad 2 have had a good experience....thanx KFC🌈🦋🐬🙂🙃😉

Arrived at 5:15pm. There was a truck at the order menu and a car behind him, which i pulled in behind. It was 20 minutes before the 1st truck moved on. The next vehicle went fairly quickly (compared to 20 minutes), and then i ordered. The oven is broken, they say, no biscuits or pot pies, and that's fine. We get done ordering and pay and they say they don't have any original chicken, it'll be a 2 minute wait, and can i pull up. So i pull up, and it's not another 2 minutes, it's another 15 minutes, and meanwhile, its 92 degrees out and I've just been to the store, i have a trunk full of groceries defrosting and I'm stuck waiting 45 minutes at this place. So the girl brings out the food and I'm obviously angry, so i don't say anything to her, because i don't want to start something. And as I'm driving away, she starts to bad mouth me, loud enough to make sure I heard her, i guess because I'm not allowed to be dissatisfied with their service? Once, i used to eat here every week, now I'm not going to return. Train your employees to wait until the customer is gone before they bad mouth them, or at least to not initiate verbal conflicts.
