Rise is a great place to get coffee and some sweet treats!
I did not partake in any of the pastries or baked goods as I am regulating my sugar intake but dam did they look delicious.
The staff and service were great and the coffee was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

We just happened to be driving through the town of Berthoud and discovered this small hometown bakery. I had “The Greenfield” Breakfast Sandwich and my wife had “The Braintree“ Lunch Sandwich. We did not try the coffee, pastries, soups or salads, but we did buy a bag of coffee beans (Redemption Road Coffee) to go. Everything that we did have was fresh and delicious. All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. It was an honor supporting this small business today!

Amazing pastry, amazing sandwiches, amazing bread. Coming to this out of the way bakery was a treat. I had the Sedonah which was tasty. If we happen thru Berthoud again we will definitely be stopping here

Best cakes by far. I purchased the Tres Leches and Carrot cake for my husband and I to share. I also got a loaf of rye bread and the Tropical Chill. Well... my husband got absolutely none of that and I have to shield my face as I pass by the street they are on until I work off all the calories but I will be back.
I just have to practice a little restraint next time.

This is my favorite spot in Berthoud! We love picking up breakfast sandwiches or soup and bread here. Everything is always awesome and homemade. One of the best things, in my opinion, is their vegetarian quiche slices. Supporting local businesses is important to us and we will support Rise as long as they are around!

This place is really good. So why the 3 stars? Well my husband and I went in least week and ordered a sandwich to share and they gave use ONE NAPKIN????? It was pretty thin too. So he went up to ask for more and they gave him ONE MORE. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a place that was this CHEAP WITH NAPKINS?!?!? Look we all know prices are going up but this is ridiculous. Come on guys….you’re better than this.

Bread is tasty. The soups are perfect. I am begging you to update the website. It’s not user friendly. Also, can you all please either wash your hands from handling the register/phone and prepping the food. I have seen this a few time; you don’t change gloves between the food prep and the register and my husband was so disgusted he didn’t eat his sandwich.

We love visiting RISE whenever we're in the area. The pastries have always been delicious, I love grabbing a loaf of fresh bread to take home. The service has always been good as well. RISE has quickly become one of our favorite bakery/cafes.
