Kfc

My boyfriend and I stopped here before 8PM yesterday, and were heavily disappointed... which sucked so much, as we were both craving chicken and had hopes that KFC would resolve that. We ordered the Sides meal; we chose the extra crispy tenders with biscuits, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes + gravy, and fries. The tenders were far from crispy and terribly small, but even worse, the rest of our food looked and tasted like it had been sitting for at least a few hours, as it wasn't even warm and tasted terrible. The fries and biscuits were the worst items aside from the tenders, and the gravy was just about the only thing that was remotely close to being warm and tasty. The only good thing about our visit was the nice girl working the window and how quickly we were served despite how busy they were at the time. Two stars for fast and friendly service at the drive-thru; three stars taken off for our entire order not being hot, fresh food. Also, zoom in on the sign in the window concerning sauces; we both noticed this and found it to be absolutely absurd. That's not a lot of sauce at all, but we had our own at home and it's better than KFC's, anyway.

This KFC has the worst customer service EVER. We went through the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes at the speaker to place an order. The employee was VERY RUDE and acted like he was doing us a favor selling us chicken. NEVER AGAIN.... I BELIEVE THAT WHEN EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE THEY MAY DO SOMETHING TO THE FOOD AN THEN LAUGH ABOUT IT. NEVER AGAIN... Why take the chance. JUST VISIT THE RIO RANCHO KFC WHICH HAS DINE IN SERVICE N PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. BERNALILLO KFC NEVER AGAIN... STAY AWAY...

This place is the WORST. My husband went through this drive through, ordered dinner and was over charged. After being over charged he was told to go sit and wait for his food. He went and sat waiting for nearly an hour. Every car around him received their food but our order still wasn't brought out. He went and knocked on the door and the employees gave him a dirty look and walked away. He then sat in the drive through line for an additional 25 minutes. He was given attitude when he politely asked for a refund.

Heck of an original flavor big piece of crispy chicken sandwhich with mayo, pickles and very very juicy...French fries that are crispy and flavorful with a slight taste of lime, it was a great combo meal. Pepsi was weak, too much carbonation and very little Pepsi taste, this KFC has good customer service and quick drive thru delivery. Recommend!

The general manager was so rude at drive thru taking our order. One question and without explanation ask us to go to Church chicken instead. As we approach the window he rudely yelled at us and told us to leave. Looked like he was working alone. Very bad service. Please don't stop by there unless you want to get yelled at. Left a bad taste in my mouth Bernalillo!

Last chance guys this store is ridiculously slow sitting in parking lot after leaving drive thru total time now 40 minutes since I paid. Go anywhere else. This is a least fifth time this has happened at this store. As i sat i saw employees leave and go get food at Taco Bell. Finally i went back through drive thru taking another 20 minutes and just got a refund. Over an hour and 15 minutes wasted and no food. Seriously go somewhere else.
