We ordered take out from this location and upon picking it up (after paying for the order on their website while ordering) found out that it was completely dark and closed up. It took a while to get my money refunded and NEVER was able to get into contact with anyone. Definitely will never order here again, we wasted an entire lunch break on this nonsense.

I ordered a chicken sandwich for pickup. Went there 15 minutes later and they said that they had no sandwiches. They wouldn't make me a carver or a fried chicken sandwich. How can they say no to selling a sandwich. Crazy... They promised to refund my money. Still waiting to see that happen. Update: I never got a refund so I contacted my CC company and they reversed the charges. Will never go here again!

Ordered prime rib online and paid online on two different occasions. Both times when I went to the store they said they had a problem with the oven and it was not available. They did not call to say the product was not available. They waited until I drove to the store to let me know. They charged my card both times. Called them 3 times to have charges reversed, but each time they just take my information down saying a manager will call back. But no one ever calls back.
