Arby's

ONCE AGAIN I am at this location and it is closed!!! It says on line they close at 9 and it says 10 on their door, it's now 6:48 and I arrived around 6:35. This is totally unacceptable. I also see I am not the first person to post this. Chain restaurants such as this are not supposed to close whenever they feel like it! There is also no sign explaining why. Beyond disappointing and frustrating 😡😡😡 I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere... FYI that two other cars have been here since I arrived so there are more other disappointed customers as well.

I've been coming here for a few months and always stuck to the same things. Curly fries and jalapeño roast beef slider. Well recently we got some coupons in the mail and I said why not try something new. And we are so glad we did! We got the market fresh wraps. And they are so delicious! We went back the next day and got more. Everything was fresh and tasted better than some restaurants I've gone to. The employees are super nice and very knowledgeable when answering questions.

Words can’t describe how horrible. Sunday 5/2. Ordered our food. Came around. My soda is literally warm and flat. I ask for a real soda and the response was “we ain’t got no ice so yeh”. Meaning all the drinks will be warm and flat today and no one mentioned that while ordering. #2 get home to find out my classic doesn’t have Arby’s sauce on it. #3 there’s no spicy pepper sauce in the bag #4 my son got no cheese on his slider. Whoever the manager is on today needs to get fired immediately. Either go get bags of ice, get bottles soda, or tell people your drink/ice machine is down. Also having 3 mistakes in 1 order is horrible. This place is a joke.

I'm not sure what type of fast food restaurant this is, but it should never take me more than 10 minutes for me to get food. That's from the time its ordered to the time it's picked up. There were only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive-thru and I waited for well over 15 minutes. This wasn't my first time with this experience, but it will be my last with this particular location. Get a grip and pick up the pace!😡
