So upsetting raw nuggets & onion rings cold burgers. Such sloppy work. Ordered 7 meals only got 5 drinks and I didn’t get my chocolate chip cookies either!! And I didn’t get a receipt!! Worst $60 ever spent!!!

This has got to be the worst location in all of CT. Don't bother coming within an hour of closing time - they will say they are closed but yet they still have their headset/mic on for the drive through? Very poor customer service skills and attitude. Outright nasty and rude.
It is a shame that the kitchen fire that happened in a few winters ago here didn't completely close this place down. I have never had a good experience here, only came out of convenience.

Person in front of me order was wrong. 25 mins in total they held up the window fixing it...next up my simple order was wrong too, missing items. "Oh sorry, it's ok you werent charged for it" wrong drink too.

First of all they are the rudest people I have ever met in the food service industry. I go to a lot of restaurants every day. No thank you they talk away from me and when asking excuse me and they're rude when they answer you. The floor is disgusting there's food all over the place I've never seen such a filthy restaurant in my life

i had ordered a meal and the soda that was supposed to be a coke/Pepsi , tasted nothing like it , it tasted like dirty dish water , i am very disgusted . when i had called she told me it was the doordashers fault , this business is very unprofessional.

Doors are locked. I haven't seen this since COVID was at it's height. There is a line wrapped around the building because the service is so slow. A few customers, me included are going to McDonald's next door.
