Giving it 1 star because I have to choose one. Horrible service 25 mins in drive through for the guy taking order to be rude he made us wait to take our order because as we repeated it 3 times he still didn’t understand us (plain sausage and cheese) he then hands us hard crossiants cold cheese and mind your someone else came to window to give us our drinks which we waited another 5 mins for a coffee and a water. Worse service ever very disappointed they need more help and better management on site.

Stopped by rt 15 shoppe around 5:30 pm after a long, tiring day...the 2 staff people were SOOOO NICE!!! I got my coffee and delicious Donut holes and a few donuts...I will definitely, definitely come back. Thanks to you both!

My cup had a hole in the bottom...almost caused an accident terrible its always something at this place either you wait for 10 months or the order is a disaster thank god there's 30 other dds...not sure what year this was when they be getting 4 and 5 stars...I live up the street and go to this mess almost every day and 1 day out of 7 they are avarge at best....

Took a long time for food, Hash browns were burnt, did not have croissants and I substituted a bagel for sandwich and it ended up brown and dried out. Totally dissatisfied

Perfectly clean and great place to hang out. Guy who works here nights is extra professional and does everything on his own very calmly. I do not know his name but he is great. Giving a shout out to him and if manager is reading this post please award him.

Hey, it's Dunkin! Fast and friendly, always a big deal. They usually get the orders right, except this time. Called it out, and, "No problem, sir?" was fixed on the spot.
Seasonal pumpkin spice! Got me one of those. They have an exotic coffee from Africa, you can get it hot, but not iced. Hoping they fix that. Their brand is consistently good.
