Dunkin'

It's mostly OK. This Dunkin is on the smaller side. Only 1 handicapped parking space,steep 2 steps to get on the walkway to the entrance,makes it difficult for those that use a cane and or that can't walk to well. The handicapped space was taken over by a corvette with no handicapped tag. Thank you young man,someday you will get old and may not walk to well. The bagel I had was fresh and the coffee excellent as always. Staff are hurried but still pleasant to customers. I will return, but only to use the drive thru. The larger Dunkin is much more senior friendly.

Rude, bad customer service through drive. The lady taking my order was aggravated. They didn’t even speak at the window. I would expect at least a hello and goodbye. My coffee was extremely sweet and I could not drink it. In the lobby, the same cashier handling money is also prepping drinks and food without proper hand sanitation or proper use of gloves. (From what I was able to witness) They have a big seating area. There is parking but it can be hard to get out of if there is a line. Even though the line was wrapped around the building, the wait was quicker than expected and that is usually the case.

I’ve been to every Dunkin Donuts in the State. I go everyday. I’ve recently been on a job in Berlin and never seen such service. While these employees were talking and my coffee was setting there for almost 3 mins, I had to say something! Another time I just stood inside being ignored without a word if I was going to get served. 4 times I’ve been there and understand if their busy, but you have 3 people on drive thru and no one at the front register. I believe they’re short workers. 1 time there was 2 on the drive thru, and all front registers are always closed everyday that I went there. Maybe Dunkin should get these girls more help and have someone at the front register. I think it’s not fair for these girls to do the drive thru and the front register at the same time. This is probably putting extra stress on them which effects customer service. I don’t blame these girls. I blame Dunkin for slacking for not being properly staffed to serve there customers for what they charge.

This place is funny, my order is usually correct but it’s like I’m pulling teeth when I place it. The main reason why I only get coffee here. They don’t want you to order anything else, if you ask for anything other than a coffee it’s feels I’m making them go out of their way, here’s 3 stars for a mainly miserable staff on a consistent basis the older woman in the morning is your only hope!
