This chicken salad sandwich was horrible and dripping with sauce. I couldn't eat it. Such a disappointment, it used to be great sandwich.

My son apparently had never eaten at Arby's before. He was quite thrilled with his kids meal! Service was efficient and to me it was just fine. Appreciate the big A in the doorway🤣.

I’m only giving one star because there’s no a 0 star. I very rare eat fast food, but was craving fries. Worse service I have ever experience! March 10 @ 6:20pm, Drive through person was very rude asking if “that was it for reals” while we we’re trying to order. Hope this review gets read by someone that really cares about customer service.
Just drove away that place which I will never ever visit again. Hope this person goes and gets an education so she doesn’t have to work in that place for the rest of her life.

We understand that there is a problem with staffing. However, we choose to support your business by utilizing the drive thru due to your staffing issues. We did not drive away as others did. Our order DT 360
Is not even lukewarm. The cheese slapped on the chicken sandwich not even melted a little. Very disappointed & will not be fooled again

The kings Hawaiian brisket sandwich was slamming. The staff were some of the coolest people ever. One of their shirts read " you eat sandwiches, I make sandwiches. We should hookup...that was epic! The curly fries are money and the price was very fair. A lot of bang for your buck. The establishment appeared clean and well tended for. Cool place and the food was served hot fresh and quick.

This is the worst Arby's I've been to. They were out of ice tea the lady asked if I wanted coke and when I said no she became surly when I asked for a refund she became surly. I can't drink carbonated drinks.
Also the place was filthy

So we order 2 mac and cheeses and 5 apple turnovers and what do we find half way through a piece of someonea glove in the food! Now we call they said they would replace it but we live 20 mins away so we werent going back. Then he says "you prob get more germs from the flovw than hands." Even if that is true, it was a glove in the food! No more eating there.
