Staff was great. Very friendly & accommodating...We didn't really care for our order very much so they brought out new food AND wouldn't let us pay for it. I wouldn't recommend the cream of crab soup there. Its real crab meat but it didn't seem like it had any cream in it...Consistency & colour off...Like yellow gel like consistency. Should have gone with the soup of the day instead (tequila🤣). They do have other things on the menu worth trying though & their crabs were a good size. Bathroom nice & clean. Music good. Again its a very friendly, comfortable & relaxed place.

The store manager treated my son, whim has autism, with great kindness and respect. He said a friend and neighbor had a son with autism. Prices were affordable. They make great breakfast sandwiches. They made my son's special because he does not eat it as a sandwich. We bought wood, food, bait and souvenirs here.

It is very unfortunate this is the only bait shop before you get into assateague. I travel up and down the east coast freqently for fishing and have never been in a bait and tackle shop where the staff was so unfriendly and made you feel so unwelcome. I was in there twice. The first time I figured maybe he was having a bad day. Went back a few months later and it was just as bad. The frozen bait is garbage and overpriced. I would advise avoid this place at all costs, get your bait before you roll onto town. I will not give "bucks" another dime. I'd rather get my bait from a gas station.
