I came here a couple years ago & the customer service was terrible, so I simple stopped circulating my money there. But because of the beyond meat special Pizza Hut has going , I tried them again today. But today was different because the cashier Kobe was so helpful & patient with me I feel like he should get promoted to being a manager. Because of his great customer service, I’ll be back in a couple of weeks!

received 2 burned Pizza's, and a wrong pizza. When asked for a refund as i returned the pizza was told i would get a call from the RGM which s a dumb name for Store Manager. I called and was offered store credit +10 or my order made again. This wasnt the first flop from this location but it will be the last. Refused to refund 2 days in a row. Its a franchise so really what should anyone expect.

This place will make you wait extra long even after you’ve ordered over twenty minutes ago. I had to ask for someone else’s pizza and for my own. Hers ended up being in the oven and they didn’t realize it. They take your money and don’t tell you how long the wait is. It’s terrible customer service. I’d never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this Pizza Hut.

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that we passed a outstanding evening and the place was indeed one of the reasons for that happy event. The stuff collaborated in a pleasant way, the meals were delicious and my buddies were so glad. We shall no dout return for more celebrations. Thank you very much.
