This place is overrated. The customer service is unprofessional. I ordered a basic Philly cheese sandwich which was supposed to be coming with tomatoes lettuce onion cheese and meat. Initially asked for steak and half chicken as my meats of choice. After placing my order and paid my money I was told they didn't have no steak. So they end up doing me a so-called favor stating that they will give me double chicken on my sandwich instead. After receiving my sandwich I didn't eat it right away later on that day I decided to open up the rapper. After unwrapping the sandwich I had no lettuce I had no tomatoes I had no onions no cheese no mayo no mustard it was just Bland but they had the nerve to charge me $18 mind you! So after taking a few bites out of the sandwich I just could do it! So the following day I went back with the sandwich and my receipt and explained to that they messed up my order. The feed back that was given to cant refund your money cant nor can we make the sandwich over. They're only offer of compromise that was given to me from the manager was that he will give me 50% off of something else off the menu so pretty much I got ripped off of $18 I would never go back there a day of my life! And by the way they do not have a real phone number to even call over the phone. The phone number on the website and it was even on my receipt does not work.

I'm from the South, been in Berkeley a few weeks can't seem to find any good food with FLAVOR and looked at the reviews before placing my order for the bacon cheese steak, they weren't great, but seemed slotted. I placed my order it was right at 40 bucks, I left my hotel when I got there my order was ready, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. I drove back to the hotel. My fries were still luke warm, my cheesesteak was still warm and was huge, full of meat, extremely large amount of meat I think I ordered the big size one, oh I ordered the curly fries w/ cheese, and I added more condiments to it, it was very tasty. I wasn't even able to complete half of one of the halves, but I gave it four stars, because there were NO napkins or utensils for me to eat my food with nor was I offered the condiments. I expect those things. Flavorwise it was tasty, it was seasoned not the worst. I'm not finding that happens alot around this area. Wish I had known I miss ordered, because I have lots of food to share and don't know anyone!

Only come here if you want to contract a disease. I did not listen to the reviews about the food being undercooked and I paid the price. Here is a picture of my burger. It was so undercooked i had to cook it myself (see other pics). If i wanted to cook myself i would've cooked at home. The next global pandemic might come from this place. NEGATIVE STARS.

So I went in, starred at the menu, grabbed a water, started at the menu again, proceeded to the register, set the water down. A female employee walks out, and addresses another customer first instead of me, even though I was standing right in front of the register, ready to pay/have my order taken. (Now if I mention I’m black and the guy that was acknowledged was white that’s racist). If they deny it, there should be camera proof and there were two other employees working in the front. -never eating here again. BLM YALL WAKE UP

1st time here...got a 9 piece with Honey Garlic 🔥🔥🔥🔥 I also got the original philly. It's was ok kinda bland but I dipped it in that honey garlic and it took it to another level. If they put that sauce in their phillys...talk about Killin da public. Def going back for wings the sandwich I'll think about
