Starbucks

I visit this Starbucks at least once a week, and there's not much I can fault it for. The employees are nice, the location is fine, and the drinks are just like every other Starbucks in America. If you're looking for fine dining, you probably won't find it here, but it's perfectly acceptable as far as Starbucks locations go.

Very nice remodeled Starbucks. I like the new shelves. They don't stick out, but are inserted into the wall. There's limited seating here. I saw a notice on the wall to be careful of your belongings. With the limited seating and possible stealing of personal property, I'll buy my drinks here and drink it elsewhere.

One of the best run Starbucks I have been to. Customer service here is amazing and they always seem fully staffed. Manager here is great as well and will open the door when I exit when I have a large order. Staff also sets expectations for wait times when they are very busy. I hope all Starbucks can be run like this as we hopefully get back to normal.

Very dissatisfied. I put in my order and when she read it back to me, it was wrong. I corrected the order with her and she read it back to me it was correct. I grabbed my drinks and went to my conference. BOTH drinks were undrinkable. My Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew was not sweet. Completely bitter. Husband's drinks was gross. He wanted extra cream and 4 splendas in his trenta iced coffee . No sweetner. Lables read correctly on the cups. Since I'm at a conference, I can not return and get them remade. I've never had such poor drinks from a Starbucks.
