Subway

I eat at this subway pretty often and most of the staff is awesome but one time will ruin it all. I didn't catch her name because she wouldn't tell me but the manager up there is a force to be reckoned with. Watch the kids slice his thumb wide open and she couldn't have cared less yelling at the other kid in the back. Like eight people on the line. Has to be the worst experience I've had at the subway. Like I said with the normal people that work I have an amazing time I usually get them to make me whatever sandwich they like and today was not one of those days.

The manager was the person who waited on me. Jerica. I simply requested for my sandwich to be cut in half before putting the veggies on it because we were waiting it and the other person is allergic to what I wanted on my side. She refused and said it was protocol and I would be charged for 2 sandwiches. I said no it's not. That only applies if the Meats and bread are different which they were not. The sandwich was exactly the same up until the veggies. I'm not sure how many times this child told me she was the manager and how if I could run the store to go ahead. All that for a simple request to split the sandwiches and wrap them separately. Not the first bad service from her either. As a manager myself I was appalled at how much a simple request through her into a fit.

I used to eat at this Subway at least once or twice a week, because I work close. However, I have not seen the manager wear anything on her head to hold her long hair back. And her hair is always dangling down in her face over the food. I walk in and see her and walk right back out! That's disgusting! Jasmine is the only one that consistently wears her hair in a bun, with a visor on. The manager has zero customer service skills.

A bit understaffed during a busy rush. 2 workers making sandwiches and another sat down and watched cracking jokes while the line was out to the door. Sandwiches were good, though. I didn't order it, but they were out of tuna on Friday when tuna is advertised as the daily special. A couple of customers walked out disappointed.

I know you close at 9pm but literally went to walk to the door at 8:30 to get 2 very simple sandwiches. The girl seen us and ran and locked the door before we could get to it. Then she ran to the back. Even tho the open sign was still on. I called and I got hung up on. Was literally having a horrible day and wanted a sandwich but.. literally ran to lock it. It be different if the order took longer than 5 min. Or it was a sit down restaurant that had to serve us.

The food was pretty good. But, I was a little disappointed. Subway has been advertising their new sub sandwiches. So, I got coupons in the mail. I was excited, my husband and I really wanted to try them. So we went, 12/321, I gave them my coupons and they told me that I couldn't use them. The coupons didn't apply to their new sub's. Very disappointed.
