Hardee's

Breakfast was okay, not hot. The Frisco Sourdough bread was not like ours in Iowa. This just tasted like grilled Texas Toast. When they made the sandwich, they put 2 slices of ham on half of the bread and a folded egg on the other half. So you either got a bite of ham or egg but not together. RESTROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN!

Messed up my order. I order through their intercom what I wanted. Then when I got up to the drive thru window they asked me again what did I order. They also gave me a lower price at the drive thru but I had to paid them a higher price for my order. I overheard them talking too and heard that they gave me a coupon price for 12.?? But then I didn't get a coupon price because I order 6 bacon egg cheese and had to pay 14.07 for them. This is not very professional at all. I also had two separate orders and for 2 large hashrounds were 5.00.

Ordered the Big Hardee sandwich and medium curly fry last night. I took 3 bites of the sandwich, and I started choking, freaking out, tears running down my face and trying to take a breath trying to get the food that was lodged out. Finally it came back up and my throat was immediately hurting. I found the problem as to why I had choked on the food, a melted bread tie in my sandwich. I went back up there to tell the woman at the drive thru. She gave me a look as if I was wasting her time, told me that it wasn’t her fault that she only hands the orders out and takes care of the transactions that she does not prepare the food. Never offered me my money back, or to make it right or to even file a complaint. I have messaged the corporate office and I am waiting on a reply. I have the food that’s left, the receipt and the melted bread tie. Making a dr appointment due to the discomfort in my throat. I never thought that I would have received that bad of service due to their negligence. I will not go back.

Terrible service! I ordered 2 chicken soft tacos no lettuce add sour cream. I got 2 Chicken Soft tacos(barely no chicken what's so ever) with lettuce and sour cream. Horrible service as I got to the drive-thru window to see an employee named Cameron on his phone. Food was placed upside down in bag handed to me and once I got home I called to ask if I can come back up there to get my refund or get more chicken and they said no! That they put the right amount of serving in the taco and that I can't come and get a refund because there's no manager on duty, what restaurant leaves employees to run a store while they are on there phones, being rude, and reliant on serving the customer. Never going again
