Heartfelt Thanks for Exceptional Service 👍 Dear Mr Anand, Manager @ Paakashala Indiranagar Branch, Bengaluru... I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I received at your restaurant recently. I placed an online food order, and unfortunately, there was an issue with one of the items I received. I am incredibly impressed with how your team and you handled the situation. Not only was the replacement of the item provided promptly, but it was also done at no extra cost. Your commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and it did not go unnoticed. The quality of the food and the excellent customer service have made me a loyal customer of your restaurant. I will be sure to recommend your establishment to my friends and family. Thank you once again for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Wishing you continued success and looking forward to my next delightful meal at your restaurant. Warm regards,

Paakashala Indiranagar branch is next to BDA complex. On the ground floor they have self service for people who want to have a quick bite of food and first floor they have a dining hall with a good number of tables and it's clean.. Overall experience was good with food and price is affordable if you want to have team lunch for veg only Service is very slow don't know why but it took 20 to 30 mins for food to come

Good vegetarian restaurant with the usual fare of Indian and Chinese items and excellent service. The starters were served not that hot to me which felt strange because it's like they just reheated it. otherwise the flavour was okay I guess. They have two floors and this was the case for the top floor with service. The bottom floor looked like a standard self service darshini. Dragon Gobi was the highlight for me here. The nuts in it really worked well. Amongst the paneer starters the Peshawari was liked by my friends the best. I felt the Hariyali was better. The Tikka Masala curry was really good and it went well with the naan. The garlic naan was very mediocre. It came dotted with a lot of garlic but very feeble flavour. I think it needed some butter. For drinks the grape juice and salt lassi worked fine. With Zomato discount the prices are reasonable but otherwise it's a bit overpriced. Service is really good though. Food can be better. Giving an extra star just for the service.

So we visited Paakshala for dosa habba which is till the end of May. When I saw the variations of dosa, I didn't have a doubt that they would mess up the fusion. I had much faith in then and they stood up to the expectation. What we had: corn palak dosa. Crispy dosa with palak smeared on it and topped with lots of corn along with a dollop of butter. Bread dosa: pieces of fried bread on dosa and again topped with butter. Very crispy. Spring dosa: this filling has my heart. Generously filled with onions and other vegetables, this one reminds me of the filling that you have in spring roll. Mango dosa: yes, you can trust them and have this! A sweet end to your dosa festival. All the dosas were served with sagoo, coconut chutney, coriander coconut chutney and sambhar. Ambiance was 👌 Food was served with a smile and as usual I liked their service.

Paakashala recently curated a special dosa menu for their Dosa Habba - happening all through the month of May 2022! This is across all their branches in the city and is a definite on your to check out list if you are a dosa lover. The Dosa Habba proudly boasts of close to 30 different varieties of Dosa - ranging from good ol' benne masala to combinations like Mango and Paneer Butter Masala in it you ought to try. Fair warning - this might not be everyone's cup of tea but worth a try if you're in the mood to experiment. Super filling, quick service and served piping hot to tingle those taste buds!

Recently I visited this place for Dosa festival, they are celebrating this festival for whole May month. They have 30+ different varieties of Dosa which is not a regular Dosa and all are very scrumptious as well pocket friendly. In this cold weather do visit your nearest branch of Paakashala and enjoy fresh, hot Dosa with your family and friends. Below are the one which I tried with my Friends: 1. Spring Dosa (one of the best Dosa) 2. Paneer Masala Dosa 3. Banaras Bread Dosa 4. Corn Palak Dosa 5. Benne Masala Dosa

Paakashala is now a well established South Indian chain that is serving a variety of vegetarian dishes across multiple cuisines. I order for the North Indian meals, South Indian meals, Veg Handi pulao and the Mughalai Biryani. The best thing about all the items for me was that it was prepared with at most quality. All of the items arrived very well packed and looked super hygiene. The dishes were not too spicy or too oily. They were rich in flavours and tasted so brilliant! I highly recommend their rice items as it superseded my expectations! Living in Bengaluru and not loving dosas ?! Just impossible! Paakashala promised to deliver every Bangaloreans craving for scrumptious crispy yet soft dosa! One such perfect dosa on the menu is the cheese masala dosa! I also happened to visit the Indiranagar outlet when they had the dosa festival going! More than 30 varieties of dosas that were absolutely unique but super tasty! My favourite picks were the Banarasi bread dosa and the mango dosa! Killer combo with their unique chutneys!
