Missing Spoon Restaurants

Tried Missing Spoon for the first time, since the name was unique and the ratings were way above average. I ordered for Aloo Paranthas and Golmaal Paranthas assortments through Zomato. Surprisingly the delivery was delayed and I had to call the restaurant to understand what's going on. I was greeted by Mr.Anup and he was extremely apologetic and requested me to bear for a few more minutes since the workers were absent due to Covid and his mom and dad were working together to get our take away ready. Well, that mention of mom and dad melted my heart and I obliged to hold on for some more time. Though it was delayed quite a bit (which I was informed was not a standard timeline) and at last the delivery arrived !. And even before we could take a bite, we saw that Mr.Anup had written an apology letter on the back of the parcel box, which made it up more than enough for the wait. And then the moment of truth awaited us, and that's the taste of the Paranthas. Well, what can I say ?. The taste of the Paranthas and the green chutney along with the dahi completely bowled me and my family and led me back to my visits to Chandigarh and Ambala where I had similar Paranthas and I couldn't hold back my smile and my taste buds were more than smiling too. : ). Then came the call from Mr.Anoop who was very apologetic since it was a weekend and with minimum resources and I had to tell him that he need not apologise since Maaji's Paranthas has more than made it up and I promised to be there at their restaurant very soon to have the Paranthas right from the tava to my plate with a lacing of butter which is the best way to have a parantha. In a nutshell, this is a family business and they strive hard to satisfy their customers and I strongly recommend that you should try their goodies and then be the judge and I am sure what that judgement could be : ). Thank you Mr.Anoop and family for those superb dishes and we truly relished it. Yeh Dil Maange More and we will be there soon : ).
