Their staffs are the best, there is senior lady staff in there who's a delight to see all the time and she know how to smile and talk to costomers, service was also nice

Our family's one stop for all shopping needs. Truly convenient as you get everything under one roof, best pricing compared to other super markets, friendly staff. Another added advantage is the pharmacy counter inside. Only drawback is adequate parking is not there and mildly congested area. Rest assured... value money shopping

My go-to store for all our vegetables and grocery needs. Executive Divya is very helpful. The only challenge is with their billing servers, sometimes cards payments will not be accepted.

1st visit to this signature reliance fresh indiranagar store ( which is different from smart points ) near metro station. Although not very spacious, still all stuffs are available. Staff behaviour was very much cordial and helpful. Hence is my happy rating , which is subject to change based on the experiences during future visits .
Afternoon is less crowded and you can plan to visit during these hours and save time . Umesh is worth mentioning due to his politeness and helpfulness.

I'm just back having bought a paltry ₹212 worth groceries, urgently reqd for bfast. Nowhere has staff cooperated with me as much there. All the 3-4 ladies inside the store & even the guard outside. Kudos! Keep up the good work. Hope they stay motivated like this

This store is neat and well organised. It has almost everything from toiletries to fresh fruits & vegetables. Also, it has Korean and Singaporean instant ramen!

Very well maintained and most of the essential products available. But the staffs who work there are not so having much knowledge to handle the customers. They themselves don’t know what is there in the store. Need to give proper training to the staffs. Cleanliness wise awesome..
