I love this Axis Bank service! Sure, the money deposit machine never ever works. And I did consider giving 4 star rating coz of that. But the service by the staff completely makes up for it. They are courteous, helpful, and attends to you in no time. The intend to help the customer out comes through which is what counts end of the day.

I just went there to complete KYC of an account for my wife.
They were courteous enough to talk to us and arranged a counter while we waited.
The rep was sweet enough to answer out umpteen questions and did complete the KYC in 5 mins or so.
I am not aware of any other features or services that we can avail at this branch but this first experience was good enough to write here.
