I have been consulting Ms Shilpi Saraswat and Mr Gokulakrishnan regularly. (Clinical psychologist and Urologist respectively) This review is about Ms Shilpi. I met her for CBT Therapy. She could connect with us very well. I loved her empathy, listening (in many other places only therapist talk) and unconditional positive approach. We could see the benefit of therapy in few sessions and I can proudly say that I am largely out of disorder. Thank you mam.

I went to Sakra Hospital for my brother's knee treatment and consulted Dr. Chandrasekhar (Orthopaedic specialist). Trust me he is the best doctor to get treated now my brother is doing fine after his treatment and guidance. Even he is so humble with patient's. I recommend he is the best Orthopaedic specialist to consult for ortho related issues.

Vineet sir is like a god send to us. When we started my mother treatment for metastatic breast cancer we were not looking beyong 2 years lifespan. But with a plan of action and treatment protocol Vineet sir treated my mother and with repeated scans and biopsys he didn’t loose hope on us and finally a year after the chemotherapy stopped the disease has not returned. I cannot be more appreciative of Vineet sir’s knowledge and guidance throughout. Will reccoment everyone to have a consultation with him in case of any queries or concerns.

My mother Got her knee replacement surgery done under the consultation and surgery of Dr. Chandrashekhar P who is a great doctor and a good human being. His team and the approach towards the entire process is nothing less than perfect. We were very well guided and supported by the team. They were there all the time comforting the families of all the patients. Who does that in other hospitals?? Everyone is just a call away and picks up calls all the time even though it is late. From the time of admission till the discharge, Sakra's hospitality was simply awesome. Everyone was courteous and very friendly. Even the security even though it was very strict always spoke very politely and explained. In all the aspects that we experienced, Sakra is definitely our world's best hospital. We are very thankful for all the support we received and will request the management to continue the same quality and services along although it is very tough HR work to find a like minded team. Hats off. Right from the rooms to the cafeteria and all services. One advice to all the reviewers. Please donate blood atleast once a year to Sakra, they have a great facility. My mother required 3 units and we got it without any issues. If you donate blood I will gift a meal to you. Last but not the least, thanks to the billing and insurance support team for helping us in documentation process and 24x7 availability, even for the discharge. I got treated for fracture in my hands here about 4 months back. For my left hand, the doctor suggested surgery. The whole process was quite smooth and I would definitely recommend this hospital for overall treatment. Special mention to Dr. Banarji, who was extremely patient and helpful. Apart from being a great doctor, he is a great human being and kept motivating me through the course of treatment. The whole staff of the hospital is amazing as well. They take good care of patients and the attendents are available throughout the night. Riya was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and was quite proactive in helping me with the insurance reimbursement, scheduling the appointments and providing me with all the necessary documents whenever I needed them. She makes sure that she is transparent with the appointment timings, which helps the patients to not wait in long queues. I had a great experience in this hospital, and can’t thank them enough to ensure my good recovery and making me feel normal again!

Excellent services and counselling. Regular visits by consultants and other medical team members. 24 hours support in the ward. Not a single call bell press was ignored or delayed. Very courteous and caring nursing team. Very good house keeping services. Cleaning 2-3 times in a day. Food service well in time as per nutritionist recommendation. Every day visit by nutritionist. Excellent infrastructure and hospital administration. Given the level and quality of services, charges are reasonable.

One of the best hospital in Bangalore. I got operated with Dr. Chandrashekhar.p. He listening our problems with patience. I had accident with 2 wheelers and got around 85% damage of knee joint. Dr. Chandrashekhar P operated my right knee. It's almost 1 year now and I am 80-90% recovered. It So happy with overall experience. Thank you.
