I recently attended a New Year's Eve 2024 celebration at this hotel, opting for the 'Platinum Couple' ticket package. My wife and I traveled from Kerala to join the festivities. Upon arrival, we were assigned a table for the party and a room in the hotel. The event was scheduled to start at 7:00 PM, and we entered the party area shortly after this time. The staff promptly seated us and provided an overview of the locations for starters, main courses, the bar, and water. Initially, we encountered a misunderstanding about the serving time for food. At around 7:20 PM, we approached the starter section only to be informed by a staff member that food service would begin at 8:00 PM. This was a bit disheartening, and we decided to wait. However, I noticed other guests enjoying starters before 8:00 PM, which was confusing, but I chose not to partake until the designated time to avoid further embarrassment. After 8:00 PM, the experience improved significantly. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, inquiring about our preferred beverages—I chose beer, which they promptly served. As the evening progressed, the party officially started around 9:00 PM, featuring engaging programs, an excellent DJ, and entertaining anchoring. I would rate the DJ and stage programs a solid 7 out of 10. We later indulged in a variety of hot drinks like rum, gin, and vodka, and were particularly impressed with the bar staff. Their cocktail creations were exceptional, and the promise of unlimited beverages was indeed fulfilled. The main course was equally delightful, offering a wide range of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, including desserts. The presence of multiple counters ensured a smooth and rush-free experience. By the end of the party, my initial dissatisfaction had turned into genuine happiness. Returning to our room, provided by the hotel, we were pleased with its excellent condition and amenities. Although an early flight prevented us from enjoying the breakfast, the overall comfort of the room was commendable. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with a taxi to the airport early in the morning. In conclusion, despite a rocky start, our overall experience at the hotel was outstanding, warranting a rating of more than 10 out of 10. I am eagerly looking forward to revisiting the hotel on my next trip to Bangalore

This hotel has EXCELLENT customer service. I was scammed from a silk emporium store in Bangalore without realizing it, the concierge noticed my bag of shopping goods as I returned to the hotel and asked where I got the goods and how much I paid. He informed me that the store I went to are scammers and they gave me knock off junk and triple charged me. He sent a hotel driver with my goods and the receipt back to the store and demand me a $550 refund and successfully accomplished that. Thank you! The hotel itself is pleasant and the rooms are nice and restaurants are good. Easy walk to infosys campus. Recommend this hotel

Recently I had visited the ottera hotel , The Service is nice & very good, they really try to make your stay special. Food in the different restaurants is generally good, tho very pricy for India.
