Polar Bear

The Polar bear has grown significantly over years. Note they've opened a lot of branches in the city within last couple of years. Their quality have remain the same over the period. I meant the qualities really really very good and I would read them as excellent. We generally go and have DBC in other branches of polar bear. This was the first time we visited this HSR branch. It was nicely located on the road on the first floor. They do have car parking in the basement, you can try to use it. Without knowing that I have already parked the car far away & walked but it is not a problem. The employees are always courteous and humble. They made the dishes as requested and we also tried dishes. So we asked a lot of questions and they explained clearly without hesitation. It looked like it is always crowded the majority of the time. So if you're going with a big gang, better avoid evenings on weekends. Recommend this place for ice cream lovers and try the DBC if you love chocolate and cake.

A decent place to hangout with your friends and family. Ambience, quality of the ice cream and price all are perfect. You can try out their DBC , choco peanut fudge . They have a wide variety of ice creams and also they serve milkshakes . Best part is you earn some points on your purchase which you can redeem later . Their staffs were also friendly. Only the thing they have limited sitting arrangement may on weekends you may have to wait get seat , otherwise overall good experience. Recommend this place.

The place is a good option for deserts. We tried their Gudbud and it was pretty good. The seating area is slightly limited. The place seemed sanitized and clean and the service was decent. They have a smaller staff size, just 3-4 people working in total at given time. So if there is a crowd, order preparation can take some time.
