Must visit if you are around Bend. This is a special place that believes in Tea. Staff is super nice and customized the drink to our taste. Brew Dr. Kombucha is from this place! We had masala chai and was very good, with the right balance.

The interior of this place is rustic and comfy.
Many young teenagers come and hangout here but not too rowdy.
The pearls are sticky and they have delicious, customizable options.

I stop in everytime im down town and ive never regretted it. Its almost always packed but they make my drink fast and i usually walk around the park with it. I highly recommend the peppermint matte latte, warm or iced its super delicious and i get it almost every time

I went into Townshend's Teahouse for the first time last week and had an amazing experience. The store is very clean, relaxing and quiet, and the staff are beyond helpful. The girl at the front counter was very friendly and helped me navigate their menu and many great tea selections. I told her what type of tea I normally drink at home and she gave me two recommendations from the menu. I decided on the hot Ginger Green Chai with coconut milk and honey and do not regret it! It was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend stopping in here instead of your normal Bend coffeehouse to give it a try and make it your new favorite spot.

Staff was very nice. Got a Thai boba tea which was more mild on taste but had the right sweetness.
Got my drink to go, but there were many sitting around in the pleasant atmosphere getting work done and hanging out.

Stopped in this little shop to get a quick iced tea and loved the vibe. It fit in well with the town and had a lot of uniqueness and originality. The tables and chairs weren't the comfiest but it's still a great small business atmosphere and friendly service.

Amazing tea selection with good reading on what teas they offer. You can get your own loose leaf tea. It is worth nothing that if you want bubble tea with the traditional tapioca pearls, you will want to wait an hour until after they're open as that's how long they take to cook.

I have never once regretted going here. It's usually crowded, but the staff works fast. It you can find a seat, the atmosphere is wonderful. It's the perfect environment to sour with a good book or good conversation. But if you can't find a seat, they do well with to go orders. Most importantly though, the tea is AMAZING. So much to choose from, and I have yet to try a blend I didn't like. They have their true teas down with many unique locales, and they also have a large variety of tisanes, each with a descriptor of the mood or health benefit. There's truly a tea for every occasion.

Incredible place for studying, chatting, or really doing anything else. Staff are very friendly and knowledgable of the tea menu, and I've never had a bad cup whilst there. Lively atmosphere, quiet background music, and sitting areas ranging from chairs and a table to overstuffed couches. Selection feels endless, tea is well priced, and Townshend's is an overall excellent place to sit back and relax.

Beautiful vibe, amazing tea. This place is calming and comforting to spend time In. The quality of the product is very consistent as well, I have never gone in and had a bad experience with either the tea, or the staff. They have so many options of blends of tea,that you can always find something to fit your exact taste, and no matter which tea you decide to go with, it's always the upmost quality and brewed to perfection. Very satisfied customer.

Great tea and kombucha as always. I love the eclectic furniture and various seating options at this location. They also stock pastries from local Sparrow Bakery, but those sell out early so come in the morning to get them. I've never had bad service here, either. Always timely.
My favorite kombucha flavors here are Clear Mind (formerly White Rose, I think) and Ginger Lemon Cayenne.

I love this place. They have some seriously good milk tea. I've been to Taiwan many times (where milk tea/bubble tea originated). My favorites are the taro milk tea and the plain black milk tea. Ironically in Taiwan, they don't do many flavors, but the black milk tea is a staple everywhere.
The place offers a nice place to lounge and the staff is good. The only issue is the wait time, but usually only due to a lot of people coming in and tea does take some time to prepare, so I'm not taking points off for that.
The ambiance is good and the location is good. Go there.

Great bubble tea. Had the green with green milk and fruit jellies. The fruit jellies were good and the green tea mix was done well. Better than most bubble tea places.
Will go back to try their other drinks.
Atmosphere was nice comfortable and gives you a local feel.

Love the atmosphere! They make buying loose leaf tea and easy and enjoyable experience. They have samples of the tea in pretty little bottles on the wall you can take and smell them.
The staff were all very nice, and the place was packed!
