Jackson's Corner

Food is spendy but quality often is. However for spending almost 50 with the tip I am leaving hungry still due to a very small portion. But what I got was really yummy. The bloody maria was good and spicy and I tasted the tequila. You do serve yourself here at a counter and I was told to go up and get coffee after sitting down. I ended up just not having coffee since I was already comfortable with food in front of me. Plenty of places to sit down out of the way and a nice atmosphere for breakfast. Clean bathrooms that you can have privacy in. Overall I really enjoyed it.

Yummy food and coffees. My eggs in purgatory was swimming in oil and the bread was absolutely slathered in butter but guess that’s pretty normal for the US. Service was aight… took quite a while to get through the line to order and once we got the front we understood why. The person taking orders was suuuper slow and just confused. Also, the menu on their online system didn’t match what you could order at the counter. They messed up a couple things with our friends order and buddy forgot to give us our pastries so we had to flag someone down to bring them out to us. That all being said, solid 4/5 place. A good choice for breakfast/brunch.

You order then you pay for your order z then they assign you a table. Interesting concept. The cashier was talkative but helpful. We ordered a salad and it didn't come first. The whole order came at the same time. That was a bit confusing to me , however the food was very good. Lots of easy free parking on the street.

My new favorite breakfast spot? The food, service, and atmosphere we're all great. I came here with my daughter for breakfast on a Friday and received helpful recommendations from the employee. She recommended the croque ma'am and the coffee - loved them both. My daughter got the eggs and bacon meal. I couldn't get over how good the coffee was. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a fun experience.

Such great food! Made to order with a wide selection of drink options. I had the pineapple orange kombucha, a chocolate chip cookie, and the blue cheese salad. Others ordered the chicken sandwich, a Thai salad with chicken, and a steak sandwich with chips. The staff were super nice, informative and helpful. Loved it!

Finally, I had a chance to try out a Bend local staple as a local at Jackson's Corner. Had a Thursday 12:30 lunch appointment, while the place was busy and bustling. There seemed to be this very consistent ebb and flow that proved effective 👌 We were waiting on my wife to meet us but made it to the register just before she arrived and the waitress was nice enough to place an order for us to get "caught up". The food was fresh, bright and delicious 😋 Plan to order at the register, listen to the cashier where to sit, and your trip will go much smoother! 😀 I would definitely recommend Jackson's Corner and will be back to follow up! Hot tip there is 4 hour parking not far 😉

Love this place and their use of high quality ingredients. Sandwiches are great and change often. The breakfast sandwich is so delicious. Their pizza is super tasty too. Salads are fresh and flavorful, especially the Thai. Their baked good are amazing too, especially their fruit scone. Everything I’ve had has been wonderful, you can feel the love. They have heaters outside so you can bring Fido. Can’t wait until the bread is back.

So happy we finally made our way over and got to enjoy this most pleasant and wonderful place. The staff are so sweet and every single one of them seems so happy to be there and help with any needs. The atmosphere is uplifting and joyful and it matches their menu. Local ingredients turned into heavenly bites. A must go if you’re ever in bend!

Jackson’s corner is a unique blend of a drink/snack store and restaurant. We ate breakfast here and everything was delicious. The ingredients tasted very fresh and high quality. The cinnamon rolls in particular were delightful. It’s also a great place for dinner with unique recipes for wood fired pizzas.
