We had a anniversary dinner and it was easily one of the best dinner and restaurant experiences ever. We had the 6 course chefs tasting menu and we were able to change the first course when mentioning we aren’t the biggest fans of oysters. Our server, Todd was amazing and we loved his attitude the entire night. If your server is Todd your dining experience will surely be elevated. Todd, also recommended a yogurt drink and it was delicious.

Holy wow is all I have to say. Reservations out over a month. Only knock was sitting next to these "foodies" or critics, which wasn't Arianas fault but I guess it comes with the territory of fine dining and winning various awards. Would like a seat in the kitchen to watch and be in awe.
We felt very welcomed, tho a bit out of our league but what an amazing experience. The chefs are super talented as well as the staff. Justin, our server was spot on. Will be back in 10 for our 20 year 😄

*The delish pork dish w the croquet doesn't come w a side of bernaise... It topped my wife's filet mignon so I had Justin give me the rest! I didnt want it to go to waste.

My husband and I had the most wonderful evening at Ariana. We came to celebrate my birthday and the food, service and ambiance was excellent. We both got the chefs tasting menu and my husband got the wine pairing. He couldn’t stop talking about how beautifully the wine pairs with the food. I’m pescatarian and allergic to garlic & onion and they accommodated my dietary restrictions very well. This place definitely exceeded our expectations and we will return as soon as we can!

We got the tasting menu. It was good but usually when a restaurant like this offers a tasting menu it is a chance for the chefs to highlight local seasonal ingredients and be super creative with the food. Instead the dishes were fairly basic items I could see being on a menu and the flavors were nothing amazing. The focaccia was my second favorite course.

One of my new favorite restaurants ever! I came in as a solo diner and sat at the bar. Every server, host, bartender were so friendly and fun! I ordered the chefs tasting menu. The first 3 courses (the gazpacho, hamachi crudo, and scallop) and bread were absolutely divine!! Unfortunately, my eyes were much larger than my stomach. They were so gracious to box everything up for me so that I could still enjoy it later!!! And even the food to go was AMAZING the next day! I cannot wait to come back with more of an appetite and enjoy every bite & drop of wine!!!

We planned a month in advance to ensure a reservation to Ariana for our Bend vacation. This was the last meal for our trip and was well worth the wait. The tasting menu was delicious from beginning to end. We also did the wine pairing which was perfect. The cost for the tasting menu and wine pairing is almost too reasonable. They can absolutely charge more for the quality and inventiveness of the food. We can't wait to come back.

We have eaten here twice and both times have been a delicious culinary and drink adventure! Their food is incredible. I recommend doing the tasting menu and ordering an additional entree to share. Their tasting menus aren’t a lot of food so don’t go too hungry! But it’s all delicious. Every bite is a voyage. The service is also the best. All of the waiters are incredibly professional and friendly. I definitely recommend going here if you are celebrating something special!

I could hardly be happier with the Saturday evening I shared with my family at Ariana. I was looking forward to the experience for weeks, and was determined to make the very most out of it, a goal I had absolutely no trouble achieving. The warmth of the restaurant was invincible, even with the freezing snow outside, making for the delightful feeling of being protected and cared for during the meal. Visually and aesthetically, Ariana is unbeatable. I have no doubt that it’s the finest looking and most welcoming interior of any Bend restaurant. The seats are comfortable and the tables, draped in luxurious white tablecloths, are very spacious; landing pads for some of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. All three of us opted for the Chef’s Tasting, as it was our first time at Ariana, and it was as, in a word, faultless. The starter course, salmon tartare with truffle cream, was packed with exotic and mouth-watering flavor. The scallop with onion bisque was possibly the very best dish of my entire life. The staff were kind and generous and their knowledge of the menu shone brightly. The decadence of Ariana speaks for itself - expect to be surrounded with guests in suits and fine blouses and gowns, proper attire for an evening of true fine dining. For all the elegance, however, Ariana is anything but stuffy or pretentious. I felt so welcomed and comfortable, able to just relax and sit back as the well-paced meal progressed. All in all, Ariana is the very image of upscale dining, one of few premier restaurants in Bend.

Fantastic meal - went here for my birthday and we were not disappointed. The tasting menu is well priced. We chose to do the wine pairing which was very well done and paired perfectly with each course. None of the courses disappointed or missed the mark as has been our experience at some other restaurants with tasting menus. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back!

Perhaps the best and most fine dining in Bend. Superb selection of appetizers and entrees. Drinks prepared perfectly. The chef choice menu is excellent and can be catered to those with dietary restrictions. Matched wines were great. Service is awesome. Fine dining and date night, no kids for us. Prices are as expected for upscale fine dining. Make sure to plan at least a month in advance for reservations.
