Taco Bell

Terrible service and unprofessional staff. Nowhere on the receipt will you find soft tacos but yet I had two. I used the drive through. After asking which sauce I would like they put only 1 in the bag. 1 sauce for 5 tacos? Who taught them that? I would have went inside to correct it but I was in a hurry but made sure to leave myself time to write this review. I'm going to the Raymore taco bell from here out.

I Ordered doordash at the belton Taco Bell. On my fiesta potatoes I ordered extra sour cream and extra nacho cheese and there was less than even the normal amount put on them. And on the loaded taco fries the nacho fries had little to no seasoning on them, hardly and nacho cheese or spicy ranch. Most of it was beef. Unfortunately it was my dinner so I forced myself to eat it but it was terrible. I come to Taco Bell almost everyday and the food is normally great. But anytime I DoorDash it’s awful.

Friday, March 18, 2022 I stopped after I got off from work at the Belton, Missouri location around midnight. I ordered the ' Nacho Fries box '. It has so much in it. A beefy burrito, a taco and of course the nacho fries with nacho cheese dip and a medium drink. My order was taken by a polite lady and my food was hot and fresh!

Seriously, worst taco bell Ive ever been to. Ive tried multiple times to eat here and its just awful. Really sucks raymore and harrisonvilles taco bell closes earlier because this is ridiculous. I only received about 2/3rds of my order, most of which was messed up and made wrong. Whole order was barely warm, and a large portion of the meal was flat out missing. I did receive 57 packets of various hot sauces (Yes, I counted because…why?) so I got that going for me, which is nice

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The past 4 times we have visited past midnight (open until 3 AM), the drive thru attendant has claimed that the store is "out of product" while the staff sits in the dining room socializing and eating their food. The few times we have doordashed from here, at any time of day, the food has seemed to have been made intentionally bad (cold, un-melted cheese, hard flour shells, little to no meat/cheese/sour cream, etc). Very poor management and staff. The Raymore location down the street is fantastic, just wish it was open a bit later. The McDonald's down the street brings in a ton of business past midnight while this Taco Bell location sits empty due to the claim of "no product".
