Mcdonald's

I’ve had bad experiences here before and was looking for EVERY reason to give this McDonald’s a 1 or 2 star review but today I was pleasantly surprised. I’m a simple man at McDonald’s. My coke was ice cold and full, my fries were FULL and right out of the fryer hot, my mcchicken add cheese was correct and fresh and my McDouble just as fresh as the rest of the meal. My order taker and cashier were both friendly and the person handing the food out had my food at the window ready to go, with a smile and have a nice day. Less than three minute experience. Hopefully this is the new trend at this location! No stars off for the bread breakage, I’d imagine you guys were too fast in there to even see it 🤷‍♂️👏

I ordered today with my rewards points and it’s 4500 point for a medium or large frappe so of course I ordered a large and I understand mistakes happen and it was rang up as a medium so I took it back up to the front and POLITELY told the female manager I wanted a large and she was absolutely absurdly rude! Had a terrible attitude towards me I am just in shock how unbelievable she acted and spoke toward a customer who was very understanding and courteous about the situation! From now on I would rather drive across town than to be treated the way I was!

I ordered nuggets for my daughter. I specifically asked for honey and ranch packets. Each sauce packet was either pre opened prior to me receiving it or there were very small holes poked into the packets. I did not feel safe feeding that to my kid. When I talked to the "manager" ( a kid pretending to be the manager) he told me nobody would do that. That it must have been a manufacturing error. I told him I actually expect poor service when I come to any fast food in beloit. He agreed with me and said that's how it goes. Needless to say this McDonald's is a joke. But then again so is beloit.

This McDonalds is by the worst McDonald’s ever. Every single time we go we never get the condiments we ask for we just sat through the drive thru for 40 minutes to get home and not have bbq sauce. Normally I don’t say anything but every single time it’s the same thing. The last time I actually checked and then went inside because I had no sauce and the manager asked me to go get my receipt and told me that they don’t give out extra bbq sauce. I literally said I could understand that if they would have given me some in the first place and she was overly rude about it!

Had to go through the drive-thru lane a 2nd time for a refund because the clerk DID NOT LISTEN!! And, it caused a problem with another driver because he thought I was "bucking the line". He pulled, almost to the driver in front of him, to his bumper and yelled at me. All of this due to poor customer service at this location, AGAIN!!!
