Burger King

Leah was super friendly even tho she was really busy she took time for us and to answer questions. We ask if they had the gay pride whopper she looked at us crazy and said no. She must know and support the pride cause there can’t be two too or bottom in any situation…. She was funny and did a great job! Our food was hot and tasted great thanks Leah your awesome

If you are a native to the greater Beloit area and are familiar with the west side fast food scene, you know that McDonald’s on Madison Rd is #1 worst fast food joint, BK is coming in at Hard second place! Always something going wrong seems like, card reader not working, online orders only, out of product, missing food when I get my order, I can’t believe how bad these stores have gotten, 20 years ago when I was in high school I was working at a fast food restaurant and would never ever think about leaving a customer with the customer service I have received. Like any review this I just my personal opinion and I think you should heed my warning and visit this location at your own discretion.

Pulled into the drive thru there was only 1 car infront of me. Took them 5minutes before they took their order,when I pull up to the speaker it took them 3 minutes to say anything and had me then wait another 3 minutes . After I order a truck pulls in-between me and the car infront of me the workers allow the car to order at the window. At this point I have been there over 15minutes. I had to leave without my food to make it back to work on time. Completely unexceptable . This is the worst place ever

First time going to this Burger King and I won't be going there again. I received the wrong sandwiches. I called the store and was told by an employee that I was wrong. Called the corporate number and was told they are sorry but with no resolution. Called the store back, asked for a manager, and manager agreed I received the wrong sandwiches. She told me she would make it right and to come back. Drove all the way back and waited in line again. An employee tried to impersonate the manager, I had to ask several times if she was the manager I spoke with, she wasn't. The manager came to the window and she complained I had called corporate and that her managers were calling. Then she insisted that it was the right sandwich and she couldn't replace the sandwiches because I hadn't brought them back because that's what HER manager told her. She never told me I had to bring the sandwiches back and neither did corporate, but I had brought one just to show her what I had gotten. She only replaced one sandwich. Let's be serious, I purchased 2 MEALS and had to drive back for your mistake. Now I'm on my way to Arby's. Thank you Amanda and Burger King management for making me waste my time , money, and my gas. PS This store does not give receipts because they do not have a receipt machine. I think it's so you have no recourse when mistakes are made. And the girl who continually tried to impersonate the manager should be reprimanded. Why is this manager allowing employees to impersonate her?!?!?!

This Burger king is gross. *Update* this store is almost always closed to everyone except delivery like door dash ect don't know if it's employees or owner but if they keep it up this place will go out of business and they won't have jobs. It saddens me burger king could be great the whooper when it's made like it's supposed to be made is a great sandwich. I gave a tip to to a lady in drive thru one time and she asked if I would be willing to pull up so she could personally make my food fresh for me and of course I did. It was the best whopper I've ever had ,so I know that burger king could be really good if they just had better policies or maybe it's the people. I've tasted how great it can be.
