Dunkin'

Today's visit wasn't one for the record books 😕 I waited 5 or 6 minutes before I was greeted. The sandwich maker came to take my order. She went back to preparing food, and I waited some more. My significant other came inside to see what the hold up was. I was the only customer inside- we skipped drive thru because we thought it would be quicker. Both ordered Iced coffee. Both received mostly warm (was hot) iced coffee which i know is the method but I've never had warm iced coffee right out the gate. There are maybe 10 to 15 cubes in my large cup. In another 10 minutes I wont have any ice. The flavor is decent but $12 for 2 large ice coffees and 2 donuts kind of sucks when the ice part was missed. I'm hoping this was a fluke because the girls are usually great. Step it up guys- customers will wait the extra minutes to have the correct order taste good.

Are use the app to order and then go in store to pick up. I wanted two sides of cream cheese but I did not see an option for an extra cream cheese on the app. When I went into the store to pick up my order I didn’t bring my wallet because it was already paid for on the app. I asked if I could please have one extra side of cream cheese since there was no option to add one on the app. She told me she would have to charge me I said I didn’t bring my wallet in and she said I still have to charge you. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you couldn’t even give a customer one simple side of cream cheese. Extremely poor customer service.

I always get my coffee here and I normally like them. Lately their coffees have been awful, not even remotely close to what we ordered but today took the cake. There was an employee Aayla who was not only incredibly rude when I asked when the manager would be in tomorrow she also was making out wih her boyfriend behind the register and when I raised attention to the inappropriateness she told me "she didnt care what I thought". Maybe start hiring adults since they are responsible for peoples food.

I usually like this dunkins but they seem to mess up my order every time I go in to get my food. Then they favored another customer that was a local customer/ friend of theirs that ordered after me and they made me wait for almost 10 minutes to get my drink out fast. Mine was only one drink and while I was waiting, they got the other customer’s drinks all done and to him first while talking to him. If I’m not gonna be treated the same then I’m not coming back and I’ll go elsewhere for my coffee and food. Sorry but I’m disappointed this time.
