Pizza Hut

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered pizza at 8:24pm and didn't receive my order till 11:15pm. When the driver finally showed up he was acting very thugish yelling P I M P when he got out. He gave me my receipt that was Soo crumbled up you can't read anything on it. The pizza was cold over cooked and looked hours old. The wings had no sauce whatsoever and looked old as well. All around the worst experience I've ever had. I'd definitely like a refund but I'm sure that won't happen either.

Ordered online for delivery and never got my food. Tried to call and no one ever answered. Called back next day and they gave me $10.00 credit when I spent twice that. Credit was good for 30 days for call in order only. Tried to call a week later to order for delivery. No one ever answered the phone again. Time went by and I forgot until after the 30 days. This was not the first time I've had issues. I will never order from here again. Papa John's works just fine. Food is actually better and have more choices. Beware because if you have a problem they never answer the phone

Order was never delivered. When I called the store I was given the run around. Then i was told that it would be delivered soon. I placed order around 4pm. By now it was 7:30pm. Still nothing delivered. I called stored and asked for them to just cancel order and refund my card. They would not get a manager to the phone. Stated the manager said she's busy and she cant refund at this time but will refund my order at the end of her night. No refund was ever refunded to my card. I am a loyal customer to Pizza Hut. I order there all the time and have never had this happen before. After this experience I don't think I will order there ever again.

I ordered my pizza at 7:39pm and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I received a message saying it will be here nearly a hour ago. The Pizza Hut is literally 4 minutes away. I called multiple times! But no one answers the phone. From the pass reviews I’ve read on Google and my experience today that I will stay far away from this location. The pizza more likely is cold and full of germs. Also the time is now 10pm. Far pass time for me to call customer service and get my money back. Update: Even the little director of support doesn’t care about the store.

I ordered thru the mobile app. One pizza should have been.a pan pizza and the other a hand tossed. Both had the exact same crust which appeared to be hand tossed because it didn't have that nice crispy bottom that the pan pizza usually has. Both pizzas were under cooked and neither was hot. To make ayers worse, the app doesn't tell you until AFTER you checkout how long I will take. I waited almost 90min for half done, cold incorrectly prepared pizza. NOT satisfied at all.

Have been ordering for years from belmont location keeps going down hill and we thought we would try one more time today was it TERRIBLE was supposed to be delivered in 40 minutes when it should have been here got message would be 100+ minutes more and said they were cooking it wrong they apparently cooked it when we ordered it and let it sit there Called said we would just come get it and we did worst food ever - pizza terrible wings must have been cooked several hours before. Will never order again.

On May 9th ordered and paid for delivery at 6:50 now 9:30 still haven’t received it on phone to verify have been on phone 30 minutes no answer just recording. While ordering goi d out that the delivery charge goes to Pizza shut company NOT the driver. Company taking money from drivers. Will not order ever again from Puzza Hut. Really 0 stars
