Fat Shack

I had the single patty Angus burger, with fries. The burger was a solid 9/10 if not 10/10, the fries were average. The veggies on the burger and the bun tasted fresh and were full of color. The beef was seasoned perfectly, was very juicy, and definitely tantalized my taste buds. Damn! I believe this restaurant opened some time during the pandemic, as I did not notice it before. Everything was neat, clean and appeared sanitized inside (I saw their sanitizing products). The selection of burgers was quite lengthy, as were the options for sides. I highly recommend this place for meat eaters. There is also a veggie option, my spouse thought it was average. It was a sandwich of some sort, with fries and a mozzarella stick inside. There was no meatless patty of any kind. Likely not the greatest place for a vegetarian. Another thing I must add, this place was on the TV series Shark Tank at some point.

Burger was made perfectly to my special order (I’m picky about toppings and I hate sending food back). Fries were crispy, and Mac and Cheese bites were rich without being greasy. Staff is welcoming and friendly, too. Easy to squeeze ketchup bottles instead of packets always a plus. Can’t wait to try more from the menu. Not the CHEAPEST fast food in town, but like anything, you get what you pay for. Well worth it.

Well this is very upsetting... I came here with a friend 2 days ago and got one of their sandwiches to go and it was great! .. today I ordered a sandwich and their cheese fries online so it would be ready for me by the time I got there. It was supposed to be ready by 9:17. I got there and the guy working said it wasn't ready.. "ok sure no problem" I don't mind waiting.. but for me to wait 12 minutes past my "order ready" time and get these as my fries for 4.99 plus I left a tip... that's extremely frustrating..if I'm not gonna get a good amount of fries at least smother what I am getting in cheese. Probably won't go here again. I only gave a 2 star cause the sandwich was good.

Went out on a limb and decided to try a place that I was hesitant to for a long time. Turns out that it was actually fantastic! The food was amazing, the staff was super helpful and kind. Definitely coming here again soon! I got the Fat Viking footlong Sandwich and I must say, I was only able to eat a little over half of it before becoming full, well worth the 15$¡

for context, we visited about 50ish minutes before closing for a take out order. when we ordered, they had already cleaned their shake machine so they were unavailable, and a handful of the things we tried to order they told us they were out of as well. one of the workers we interacted with wasn't very friendly or helpful, but one of the other employees was nice to us! the food was pretty good, just not our first choice since they were out of so many things. don't really feel like late night was done right

Not what it use to be, this place was doing great before the pandemic. Management is just not good anymore and they seem confused 90% of the time like they don't want to be there. There's a long wait for service entirely, the good is greasier than it normally is and I don't know if that's cause it's old oil or what but the cheese fries have gave me food poisoning 3 times and the burgers come back up faster than they were made. Skip the Sunday wing day it isn't worth it.. dry and extremely small wings for the price. Also I noticed another review 2 months ago said you had a snooty employee that referred her manager to store issues not sure if this is the same girl but your staff has that bad habit. I would grab a whole new staff if I were you guys, and actually interview them.
