Over Easy

It took over an hour for our food to come and over twenty minutes for our coffee to arrive. Our food arrived cold. We saw it ready for at least 15 minutes before the other dishes came out. The Benedict was truly terrible- In addition to being very cold, the egg was not cooked correctly. Such a terrible experience! If you’re hungry, don’t come here!!

We walked by Over Easy on our way to Trader Joe's and saw that they were advertising all these different food shows they have been featured on. We decided to go in to check it out. It was always busy but there was never really a wait. Decor inside makes it feel like a really cool diner. Service was great and food was all really good and well priced. Highly recommended!

Interior is very cozy. Staff was extremely friendly and food was prepared quickly and presented beautifully. Waffle dog is very tasty! I ordered the Wolf Pack. It was piled high on a plate and was very good as well. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a filling breakfast. Also prices are very reasonable for the amount you get!

I had to send the hamsteak back because the eggs over where burnt and the potatoes taste like grease. The replacement order wasn't any better. I told the waiter I would have sour dough toast, he said he didn't think it came with toast. Yep, no toast. This meal left me with a greasy pit in my stomach. I remember a cook said if you can't make eggs, get out of the business. Especially if you can't make eggs after the name of your business.

This our second time here. First time was pleasant (about 8 months ago). We even recommended it to friends. This time? Different story. Bad service! Food was alright. We showed up 35 min before they closed, no hollandaise. We were one of 2 tables. Both tables wanted hollandaise. It takes 2 min to whip some up. We mentioned we drove all the way from Vancouver and we were really looking forward to a Benny. Our server, Lexy, was apathetic as well as negligent. She didn't put in our our until 1:55. Roughly 30 min after we arrived. We had to ask twice about our waters. Another table came in and she became upset and told the manager to turn off the Open sign. The kitchen was dropping things loudly and making a lot of commotion also. The head chef had a big bushy beard and no hair guard over it. The server then brought out the bill 2 min after us receiving our food. While my wife was still finishing her meal the manager then came up to us expecting us to pay immediately. At 2:20. 20 min after they closed. Mind you we didn't receive our food until 2:07. We won't be coming back or telling people to come.
