I do not recommend this location, I arrived at about 8:20 pm tried the door it was locked. I called and asked are you not able to place orders inside like the rest of the locations? The acting supervisor advised me his manager didn’t schedule him anyone after 9 everyone was going home, with an attitude, yes like it was my fault. My only misunderstanding was why the door was locked when he had a full staff and cars overflowing from the drive thru all throughout the parking lot and on the street. But before I could get a word out he disconnected the call, no is there anything else, or even bye. So at first I thought we got disconnected than I called back several times and was repeatedly hung up on, even a by a female who answered the phone, I only called so I could get the supervisors name. After waiting in the drive thru I arrived at the menu to only hear a recording they were closed, this was at 8:57. When I finally arrived at the window it happened to be the shift supervisor advising they were done for the night, I managed to get his name which was Kevin, and his mgrs name Sheila. You would of thought they would have at least had someone outside telling the cars they were closed so people weren’t waiting in a drive thru for 30 mins for nothing. What a waste of time and very poor customer service.
