Pizza Hut

Our local restaurant had only recently reopened due to staffing issues. So I was not expecting much as I understand how much of a challenge reopening had to be. The food was prepared fine and the delivery person delivered it fresh and hot and was friendly. The only reason I would not strongly recommend it was just the ingredients themselves. The meatballs were not very good (the cheese sauce and the rest of the toppings were fine) and the crispy thin crust was only crispy on the edge (which was really good). The bottom was done but not close to crispy. Otherwise everything was fine. I was not disappointed overall so please take this as intended. 4 of 5 is not bad.

This place is a mess. You can't order from the app for this location for whatever reason. And when you try to call to place an order no one answers. The whole one time I was able to get an order placed at this location it took 2-hours for it to be delivered even though they said 45-minutes when I had called. When they finally did deliver it they forgot the soda we had ordered. 🤡

I understand finding good people is a challenge these days but that is your problem, not mine. Delivery is a key "ingredient" but this store has not had delivery for months - in fact, it frequently is not even open for carry-out. It has no eat-in dining. This is not a remote area but well populated suburb of Omaha. Yesterday, I placed my order at 5:39PM and no medium pan crusts were available. :(

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD THE PIZZA WAS FRESH HOT WHEN IT ARRIVED AND THE DRIVE FOR THE GALVIN LOCATION IN BELLEVUE I WANT TO REQUEST THAT EVERY FRIDAY I ORDER IF MARK THAT DELIVERED MY PIZZA CAN BE THE ONE TO DELIVER HE WAS SO POLITE, SO FRIENDLY, AND I APPRECIATE BEING TREATED SO KINDLY FROM HIM. THAT WAS THE FIRST DRIVER THAT HAS EVER BEEN SO PHENOMENAL AND HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY!! THANK YOU MARK SO BEING SO AMAZINGLY AWESOME, FRIENDLY, AND CARE ABOUT HOW WE GOT OUR STUFF AND MADE SURE IT WAS ALL THERE!! :)

I chose curbside. I used my app and said I was there but no one was at front desk. I finally called on phone and it rang and rang. After over 10 rings a lady came from the back. She said she would come out after washed her hands. It took another several minutes. She finally brought detroit pizza. When I got home the pizza sauce was all on top of the lid in the box. I was not very impressed or happy.

DON'T ORDER HERE.... First time delivery driver arrived, my meal was 30 minutes late and it was not the right food (I live less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant). He came back 15 minutes later, STILL not the right order, Over an hour after my delivery time, and I am still waiting for my correct order to be delivered. Spoke to the manager three different times at this point for one order. I will not be paying for this food, nor will I ever be using this location again. This is literally the fourth time in a row I have had problems with them bringing the incorrect order, delivering late, and delivering burnt food, all at the same time, every time. Save your time and money and order food literally anywhere else. Worst service ever. By the way, I called the manager four times and the delivery guy never returned with my pizza.
