Jamba Juice

Had a very frsutrating experience at this Jamba Juice location in early May 2018. I wanted to order a large order (~30) of kid-sized drinks in 2 different flavors for a kid's birthday celebration. After explaining what I needed, the staff had to make calls to the store manager who was off-site to ask how to go about doing this. I was asked if I wanted to drive to a different location instead to place the order. I said no. Then I was told that the flavors that I wanted could not be put into kid cups (??). After 15 -20 minutes in the store with multiple calls to the manager, I was told that the only way it could be done was for me to order medium sized drinks in the flavors I wanted and then they would split each medium juice into 2 kid cups. Why it took them that long to give a customer what she asked for, is beyond me. They nearly lost a ~ $100 sale... and their future sales are in jeopardy.

Gone here multiple afternoons and they've been closed these last few weeks. My wife had paid for a catering order for one of my meetings and the day of no one ever came. Tried calling, no answer. Went to the store and it's deserted (Multiple days in a row). So we're out of $80 and still no response. We always placed catering orders and there always seems to be a issue.

Used to be constantly closed, They have now changed there hours but close really early. Really slow service and I was sold out of date products. Came here for a greens smoothie and found out they don’t even stock the items to make it anymore... what kind of smoothie place is this? Don’t even bother going there....
