Service was horrible and worker was extremely rude . I asked if I could just have a strawberry and banana smoothie and she told me NO . I asked why that was the case because they have all the ingredients, she said that I can’t add or take away any ingredients from any of the smoothies listed . She then stated that I needed to order something the way it was exactly on the menu and this isn’t a make your own smoothie place . I explained how I was pregnant and certain ingredients make me sick right now and her answer was well too bad . After this experience I will never return to this place. As I run an academy down the street in Bellevue, I will also be advising co workers and all our students not to be visiting this place due to mistreatment to their customers .

We were in town for a week and found the Main Street location over the weekend and had lunch. Then we quickly realized that the 9th Ave location was walking distance to our hotel. My kids asked for it everyday. The manager Rachel was so kind and greeted me every day with some much warmth and kindness. The food is fresh, healthy, sustainable and delicious! We had the Oat Grain Waffles and the Açaí Protein Bowl, both were outstanding and Rachel made our mornings extra special with her smile and kindness. A must stop for healthy food, smoothies, juices, and excellent service!

I'm cutting carbs, so I asked for the nutritional information of an item on the menu and they didn't have it. I then asked if they have a list of how much of each ingredient they put in the item, nope. First, I thought places had to have and display this info. Second, to be a health-friendly type of establishment but not have this info is kinda ridiculous.

Definitely not as good as the Main Street location... they're never busy and take forever to answer the phones every single time I call. Even with how few items they have on their menu compared to the Main Street location, the flavor is lackluster... what happened?? Where's the quality control here? It's like a completely different company!
