Starbucks

This location is inside the secure area at the John Monroe international airport in Hamilton. We were there around 11:00 a.m. and it wasn't even open. I saw some people go up to the counter to ask the attendance when or whether they would be serving and the attendant said will give us 15 minutes. We're trying to get it open. Needless to say The folks at the airport were not impressed. It's hard to recommend a place like this when you couldn't even get service at midday

So i went to Starbucks today and got three pretty easy drinks, the ones on the menu and so i was ordering and the lady “Shelley” that’s her name she was super impatient and she rolled her eyes at me. the other worker was nice but Shelley was not it at all. Idk what’s with her, but she was being very very unprofessional.

I went to my local Starbucks and ordered my regular drink, Black iced-tea lemonade. When I began to tell the cashier, ”BREE”, how I like the lemonade, I was told by Bree that I was “personally” banned by her manager to order the drink I like, with one specification on the lemonade. I was completely humiliated in front of three other patrons in line. She continued to say her manager told her “exactly what to say” to me. She told me her manager told her to not fulfill my order. She then told me If I didn’t like how they made their “lemonade”, to find another location. She proceeded to tell me I’m not allowed to get that drink, the way I like it. When I said I thought her comment was pretty rude, she repeated her previous comment saying, “if you don’t like it, you can find another location”. She kept repeating this, when I finally asked for the manager. She said the manager would be in tomorrow. I said is there a number for me to call? She said to call the next morning at 4:30am because that’s when the manager would be there. She then picked up the phone to announce over the intercom “manager to Starbucks now”. The QFC store manager came over to talk to me. I started to cry because I was completely in shock and humiliated. Thankfully the two patrons in line behind me felt so compelled to go to the manager, themselves, to report this unacceptable behavior. I’ve never ever been told I cannot get the drink I’d like, and ABSOLUTELY have never ever been told my any Starbucks associate that if I didn’t like it, then I shouldn’t come back. I felt completely targeted and bullied by “Bree”, making me feel incredibly terrible. I left the store in tears, trying to gather myself as I walked out. I cried on the way to my car, trying to calm myself down. I am completely appalled and made to feel horrible about myself. I shop at this QFC daily and get the same Starbucks drink most every time I shop. I’ve received bad customer service at this starbucks location before but figured the cashier was just having a bad day. This is unacceptable and if anyone experiences such horrible service at this location, be sure to report them to the actual QFC store managers, who are more than willing to help. These cashiers are employees of the store, not the Starbucks location. Report any negative engagements you encounter so this won’t happen again.
