Mcdonald's

Let me start by saying if I could give zero stars I would. I stood in line for over half an hour in line , when I placed my order and when I finally got to the window the lady that barely spoke English told me there was no more meat but took my order so I waited almost an hour for nothing. She tried to give me chicken if I wanted chicken I would of ordered chicken. Extremely unprofessional the manager didn't even offer me anything for the wait or nothing. So they just wait for you to get to the window and tell you they don't have the order I just placed. So all the cars infront of me all had chicken sandwiches???? Yes sure I don't know what there doing there but they all need to be fired.

Drive thru experience is always a hit or miss. I ordered 2 10 piece Nugget meals. Specifically asked for Sweet n Sour sauce. Get the food and there is NO sauce in the bag whatsoever. So I asked again and the cashier with an attitude gave me 1 sauce for 20 nuggets. They tend to do this alot or forget something in your order.

Would give no stars. So they are fast and ther women there clean up. But they are rude and prejudice. I politely said excuse me 2x to a woman cleaning the menu screen being that the other workers were quickly flipping burgers, and making bags. She never answered the first 2 calls, so just went ahead and asked my question. She then stopped what she was doing to roll her eyes at me and point at another girl who was extremely busy. To avoid conflict, I just spoke to another employee who first spoke to another in their language. Before answering me she laughed. I felt offended. So the issue was when I first came in it was really clean but someonex left garbage near the soda fountain. I was raising it be cleaned up for sanitary purposes. My son asked me to leave it alone. I will go again I will record if this happens again, I will expose.

One of the worst McDonald's that isn't part of a rest stop. They are consistently cheap with everything and quality is sub par. If you go it's a hit or miss and if they mess up on an order be prepared to wait 10 min for them to help new customers before listening to you. On 5 trips there, 3 times the fries were cold and stale somehow. They will try not to give you sauce packets if possible for some reason. It feels like they will make everything as cheaply as possible. The mcRib had almost no sauce, tasted like a rubbery sausage.
