Subway

Definitely not the cleanest subway. The guy who made my sandwich came over with the same gloves he used for whatever. Then he pulled up his pants with those same gloves on and proceeded to touch my sandwich. I asked him to change his gloves and he had trouble getting one of his hands in. So when he tried to cut my sandwich in half, the palm of his hand touched it and I was seriously just through. I understand that during noon there is a lunch time rush, but they need to do better with making sure their customers get a certain level of cleanliness.

I ordered from this location and ended up getting food poisoning from the subs. All the ingredients looked and tasted like they are either being left out too long or not being stored properly. I just wanted to put a review out to warn other people from ordering from this location again cause I will not be. I am pregnant at the moment so this is a really horrible experience I'm going through at the moment.

I had ordered 5 subs online and a few hours earlier than pickup, as it was a larger order. I had asked for two subs to be NOT toasted, and both of them were. I also asked for less mayo on one sandwich and it was dripping with sauce. Another sandwich was supposed to have sauce on the side and it wasn't on the side. The receipt on the bag had the correct information that I had ordered.

I have been coming to this location for a long time. Im a regular and they know me by name. Over the last few months they have come a long way getting this place together. They aren't running out of ingredients except on occasion due to new employees and they have a lively, funny staff I love talking with. The manager is a lovely young woman who genuinely cares. Many of the employees are just new and young but I see them getting better too. Im surprised of the ratings because no matter what my food is always exceptional compared to other subways. They don't skimp on ingredients and always make your sub exactly how you want. I don't order online because it seems too overwhelming for the new employees. They want to make everyone in the lobby happy. If your willing to politely wait an extra 5 minutes er so per person they will definitely take care of you correctly and keep you coming back. Keep up the good work.

It's clear that management is only interested in collecting a paycheck. Been in twice and on top of an absolutely unacceptable wait time, they were out of lettuce? How does a sub place run out of lettuce before noon? I can't fault the staff as they made it clear that they were newly employed and quite obviously not trained properly. Management should be ashamed of themselves for not being present to help make orders and continue to train the staff to efficiency. Will never order here again.

This store never has anything in stock. I order online and walk in, my order is never completed on time. This store also requires their customers to wear masks but their employees do not. Not a single person in there had a mask on this week. There were 4 visible employees with no masks. I immediately asked for a refund, especially when I saw one of the employees wipe his nose and continue making the sandwich. Also, why are there at least 5 employees in store but no bread or veggies cut?
