Kfc

Jamaia was very rude. While ordering and receiving my food. Complete attitude!! Busted sauce all over the bag and food boxes. Forcefully shut the window in my face after asking for my drink and more sauce. Find a new job if you don’t like the one you have Jamaia or adjust your poor attitude. Nobody is forcing you to work in the food industry. Fries are hard and taste rubbery. Save your time from the long lines at this KCF, you will be disappointed.

Well the food was warm, the wait time was ridiculous. I guess the term fast food that's been replaced with..." We will do our best" I was told that it would take another 4 to 7 minutes before my food would arrive. Could you please pull your car around to the opposite side of the building and we will get it to you as soon as quickly. The total of another 16 minutes later I did receive the food. Yes! I was disappointed with the service, the same food I have ordered before from a k f c but now the prices outrageous. Same delicious food higher price, but they used to get the food to you in fast-food time. This new scale of measuring time with fast food restaurants. An additional 16 minutes oh, it's just too much for me. I will not return to this particular KFC again.

Ordered some chicken mac and cheese coleslaw potatoes Wound up with a tag of some sort in the mac and cheese tried to call the store to complain that wouldn't answer the phone voicemail box was too full to accept anything so I went there complain to the management showed them my receipt and the bowl with the tag in it they offered me a refund I said okay then I was told they can't give me a refund when I asked for my receipt and my bowl with the tag in it management said they threw my bowl away I told him I wasn't moving out of the drive-thru until I got my bowl with the receipt in it not happy at all will never eat at this KFC ever again You should definitely take care of your customers better than you did me

This is the third time I've gone to this store and the order was wrong again. First time, only got 7 instead of 8 chicken pieces, and didn't give me the additional Cole slaw I ordered. Second time, the chicken coating was overdone and it tasted like old oil and, again, they forgot the additional Cole slaw, but I drove all the way back to get it. This time, they didn't give me a gravy for the 2 mash potatoes, opting to put gravy on one and nothing on the other, they actually remembered to give me the additional Cole slaw but didn't give me the 4 biscuits. I'm done with this store. Nothing but problems.

The worst location !I ordered 2 little chicken combos ..I left out the drive thru and realized that the food was old and cold .I returned to the drive thru politely and told Lesley the cashier ..no apology or anything she just took the bag ..Tony the manager came to the window and asked if I wanted a refund ..I said no just wanted fresh food ..he said no he can only give a refund .. I said why he said because the truck isn’t here .This restaurant is serving old food !
