I left the satisfaction of my appetite in the Hands of Ronald. Here’s what I got today. What happened to the Quarter Pounder Box? Stall fries with a fresh long line? Service was exceptionally quick however I’d rather have the pickle and onions on my Burger instead of fast service. I live an hour away and the Manager did offer to remake my order correctly. However I did not have time so I will give 4 stars. They salt their fries the restaurant inside was clean and no one was rude about my compliant. Still, WE EXPECT “Fast Food” to be fast and correct, the whole point is so that we don’t have to drive 17 minutes back.

Visit was going quickly through the drive thru on our way to 5 stars. Unfortunately had to ask for my Large iced coffee. The kid helping me said it is. I clearly pointed to the label. He asked his manager and he came to the window to tell me the cup on the right is a large. I simply said you’re wrong and it’s clearly marked. Left in my picture is the iced coffee always provided…right is what they provided and clearly marked as a medium when it comes to an iced coffee. I won’t be back. Just give people what they paid for dude. Do better.

Placed a mobile order on the app, waited in parking spot number 4 for a good 20 minutes thinking that maybe it was just busy and then another 10 minutes later I decided to pull through the drive thru to see what was going on and my food had just been sitting there and they tried to claim that I was in the wrong spot, which was a lie. I asked for a refund or to have the food remade since it had been sitting there for so long and wasn’t fresh anymore. They handed me a bag at the second window and said that they had just made it fresh for me. This was another lie, we pulled away and the order was wrong and definitely not fresh. Obviously it would have gotten us no where to go back again.

Got the new chicken sandwich today, I opted for the deluxe chicken sandwich which I think is smaller that the previous deluxe. I think they're giving a smaller bun to make the chicken look bigger. Tastes fine, not a big difference from the previous sandwich. As you can see in the photo it doesn't cover the entire bun like in their pics.
