Tim Hortons

This location was very busy when we went. The workers were mostly older and very nice, I think it's awesome that they employ older people! They were slow getting our order out, probably because they were absolutely swamped, but our coffee was fresh and our food was good. The location was clean and staff was friendly.

This is the very best Tims to go to, coffee is always hot, food always fresh and my order is always correct. Not to mention the line moves very quickly and the people are always polite, they definitely know the drill and have a process here that works. Great job management, I know I can’t say this about every Tims.

I come to this tim hortons a lot , and recently felt violated as a customer because, I went to pay for my coffee as usual with card like always, this lady was taking really long just standing there look like she was just taking orders off the headset, and after about five minutes , I check my app for my card and the transaction had already went through, couple minutes later , she opens the window and said , “ do you have cash or anything, you’re card declined. I then proceeded to show her the transaction and had already came off my card, this was on second shift around 3:30 4:00 pm Saturday may 21st 2022, I hope this doesn’t happen again, I feel obligated to leave details about this woman, but I’m refraining at this current point.

Waited in drive through just now at 8 pm (2 hours BEFORE closing) and got no answer. There was an employee with a headset on just standing at the counter, so we went through thinking we may have not been on the sensor or something. Once again no answer. She was still standing at the counter. No customers were inside either. Very disappointed. I only come to town once a year and look forward to getting Tim Hortons. Guess I will drive to a different one. Just a major inconvenience.

I go 2 this tim hortons every single day before work 80% of the time when i try 2 order food they are out or have some reason why they CAN NOT make food well today they decided they were serving food so i ordered a chipotle chicken wrap it was not grilled it was not wrapped up it was thrown into a wrapper then a bag then handed to me.
