Terrible experience two times in a row the girl with the long braids has such a poor attitude. She has no concept of customer service and acts like she is bothered by having to do her job. She messed up my drink and gave me such an attitude when I asked for it to be fixed. The food was cold fries half full. They need to do better

In my opinion, this is the best tasting fast food burger. This restaurant is fast & accurate. The employees here know what their doing. They get your order quick & you're back on the road in no time. Their breakfast is very good. It seems like a more robust version of a McDonald's breakfast.

Normally, I'm OK with this place, albeit the occasional missing item... Very disappointed. Went there this morning through the drive thru for breakfast, all the lights off, no one at drive thru. How sad! Where are the owners of this franchise. Why are they not doing something to help? They're representing Wendy and this place is going down hill.

How do you have a sign on your drive-thru window saying you accept contactless payment, and have the drive-thru worker argue with me that they won't take it? Just used it 2 weeks ago, too. Smh

Waited in line from 8:45pm till 10 pm to get to the order screen for them to tell me and a half dozen other cars behind me their closed and nothing they could do for us. Then told me their store number was 753 when I asked to complain. Slowest and worst service EVER
