Imo's Pizza

Don’t order here. I ordered online & picked up. They forgot a whole topping on my pizza. The manager told me I can either bring the pizza back and swap for a new one but I lived 15 minutes away. He stated that he will apply a credit but never did. I called a few days later to make a order with my suppose to be credit & of course he acted lost. He stated my phone number have no credit. Moral of the story, He lied to me. I won’t be returning.

Last night I had my mom call in a carry out order,which I usually do, I even told her make sure was correct store she swore was...it wasn't we pull in 30min later 2 pick up pizzas and told she ordered at the other Belleville store...of course LMAO, but the man working the window pretty sure his name was Kevin, he put in our order for us and no lie not even 10min later to XL pizzas and our sides were ready for us. Talk about best fast food service EVER especially being carry out pizza. That man deserves a raise! Hands down my favorite location.

4 months later and still messed up.. once again forgot side of ranch.. I'm sorry but when I spend $17 for a salad and fries and tip $5 but they still forget my side of ranch that I put on the order twice there's something wrong! Guess I'll try again in 4-6 months which is sad cuz my son loves these fries and we used to order every 2 weeks. What a bummer Problems with this location! I swear if it werent close to my house for delivery i would never order here. How many times can one place give ya problems omg! Update: GM was VERY nice when i called back. Fries had to be remade and side sauce was forgotten with my delivery. But delivery guy asked for the old fries back after the GM said to keep it or throw it away! So i had to dig out of trash! Wth! Ordered fries and sweet tea at 1120 for delivery. Est time by 1208! Call the store just now (1212) and lady is very rude because im checking on status of my order and she says "it told you 1208 and its only a couple of minutes past" like im hassling her! I explain that i never get my order after and i have money sitting on my porch for contactless delivery and she tries to tell me that orders always take an hour to and hour and 15 mins and that ny order of fries and aweet tea have nit even gone out yet! I ask her how much longer because my kids need to lay down for their nap soon and im told it should go out soon! Wow

This location Imos has gotten very nasty, and customer service is HORRIBLE. The pizza I received wasnt cooked all the way through.. soggy & runny & the chese was still white not cooked through. I spoke to a Tamara if thats even her real name she was very rude & difficult. If you want a good Imos pizza I would suggest going to St Louis. Do not order from here especially prepay before delivery.

Food was great! I ordered a few things, but Imos is one of those pizzas that’s better with toppings - ordered one with cheese only to see if Barstool gave an accurate rating - I feel their lower rating was fair - but the pizzas with toppings are super good. Toasted raviolis were fun. Ordered online, and estimated delivery was 1 hour... but it came within 30 minutes. For a guy from out of town, was cool to have St Louis style pizza. Good work!

Ordered two extra large pizzas on a Sunday night and they were horrible. Hardly any cheese or toppings. I love Imo’s and get their pizza often, but this was the first time in years that I went to the Belleville South Belt location. When I called I was told that I should order on a different.night than Sunday. Hhhmmmmm. I probably won’t order from them on any night. Again, other Imo’s are usually good.
