Kfc

I went there this morning at 10:16am to grab my lunch. All I order was a 8 piece chicken tender and large mash potatoe and gravy. There was no one else there but me. I get back to Ocala to my job and take my food out. I didn't have a 8 piece chicken tender. I had a 8 piece chicken. I don't like chicken on the bone only tenders. I can't believe this. I could sort of understand if it was busy but there was no one there. I called the manager and he acted like he could care less. What a waste of money and no food. Never again. Know wonder they have a low rating 🤔

I ordered and paid for, two 3 piece meals, got one 2 piece. Ordered one mashed without gravy one with and got both with gravy. Why order what you like, get charged an outrageous amount but get whatever they want to place in the box? I'm 20mins away from the Belleview store.They no longer have a 484 store that was only 4miles away from my house. Not spending my money or gas going out there again.

This place was a joke. We ordered. They parked us. No recipe. No drinks. 12 mins waiting when food finally arrived, cold food. Still had to go back for drinks and dipping sauce. The service is as bad as the drive thru pavement. Great for water bottles only. Careful as you exit and enter. Otherwise keep driving.

I give them a 1 rating because I couldn't give them a zero star rating. Today, Friday at 7pm I went inside there was only 3 people in the line and they kicked everyone out and said that we had to go through the drive through. This is not the first time I have problems at this kfc. There is a long line in the drive through area. The manager gave everybody an attitude and was very nasty and on top of that didn't apologize. All she said was if you want food you have to go through the drive through. There was 5+ employees and this is in Belleview Florida on highway 441.

Hard as a rock chicken hurt inside of mouth it was so hard snd called store and they blamed quality of chicken on delivery person snd cut me off from trying to explain it was the chicken that was over cooked not the delivery persons fault and told me to call delivery people and refused to do anything like refund or send out new wings and replace what appeared to be yesterday’s recooked wings disgusting horrible customer service and she was the manager. Follow Up-Uber Eats emailed me and said they would refund entire cost of KFC since I had such a bad experience-yeah! Still disappointed in how manager handled the situation. Should have been sympathetic and then pointed me to Uber eats for solution Will definitely use Uber Eats again and you don’t have to join to get discounts

Calves see the Colonel's been around for a long time and he still has the best prices the great chicken and he always comes up with a good deal so they eight-piece meal will you get two sides biscuits and your meal that you order the bucket is dark meat and did you get white as well it's just me and the other half and between what we ordered four sides we made two meals a r camper what we ate that night and then the next night and then we had chicken leftover I made chicken salad can't beat the price for what we paid and we had three meals I'm not

Showed up an HOUR before they closed and they told us all they had available were tenders. After we complained and was at the window and after the manager was extremely rude, THEN they offered to drop fresh chicken. But when we asked at the drive though speaker they told us they were all sold out of bone-in chicken. And even tried to tell us that they had sold “a lot more than 6 buckets of chicken in the last 10 minutes, but also stated that they weren’t that busy that night” so tell me how that makes sense. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a terrible experience at this location. I guess we should have learned the first time. So sick and tired of people demanding more than the state’s minimum wage when all they have to offer is minimum effort. Something so simplistic as fast food, it’s such a shame. From one business owner to another. If Walmart advertises they close at midnight, they don’t only offer produce after 11:15. It’s an embarrassment to the kfc brand when you show up with plenty of time before closing and you can’t even order a staple off the menu.
