Absolutely amazing customer service. The manager was training an employee and was extremely patient with not only the employee that was learning, but also with our long order in the midst of an extremely busy time. Both had a very positive attitude, even when working on the holiday, and got our food and drinks out very quickly.

The line was extremely long and moved very slow. Cars were stopped at the menu to order for longer than necessary while the other cars ahead had already received food. I waited for more than 10 minutes to order and then even longer to actually receive my food. It was one of the biggest Dunkin Donuts I've been to but they were very understaffed. No one answered when I first pulled up and I waited for 5 minutes before anyone took my order. The staff was nice.

Cute little Location that also includes a Baskin Robbins. Thank you for not having the restrooms locked like some places 🙏. I ordered a coffee and some hashbrowns and snacking bacon and it was all delicious. Thank you for being consistent across all the Dunkin’ Donuts locations.

Went here this morning and ordered 2 ice coffees. Both made wrong. Had to work so couldn't go back until this afternoon. Went in to tell manager about it and get 2 more. She said "oh, so sorry about that" and then proceeded to charge me for 2 more. Really!!! They should have been free. I paid for them but what bad costomer service. Will definitely drink and check all my food before leaving next time.

If you’re going to this location be prepared to stand in line FOREVER while the staff stands around chatting.
Came in at 6:30 waited in line while 5 of the 7 staff stood around and ignored the line. Finely was waited on only to get the wrong simple coffee order and attitude when asking for what you ordered and paid for.
Bad management!

they gave me moldy bread and when i went in to let them know they checked the loaf and kept making sandwiches and toast from it. they took it and gave me a replacement which would be fine if my order was just incorrect but when i said is this from the same loaf as the moldy piece? i got a very mean response of “i don’t know i didn’t make your sandwich in the first place” the assistant manager melissa ignored me the whole time and i heard her say she doesn’t care she has orders to make. Jill taking orders was the only one who understood what a health violation that is and helped us as much as she could. they told me i have to come back to speak to the general manager because melissa can’t do anything about anything.

If you have important things to do throughout your day, do not stop here. Your drinks will take 30 minutes to make, and the customer service is trash. Lol. I don't normally write these things nor do I really care but it's amazing this location is still in business!

Disgusting and horrible people working here.
Guy at the drive through dropped our 1/2 dozen doughnuts on the floor inside along with a drink and picked them up off the floor covered in the drink and tried handing them to us, gross...
Our $19 order I will throw in the trash now.
Asked for a cup of water and they wanted to charge me to, like seriously? Never have I been charged for water after spending $19 at dunkin.
The heavy set guy is just Palin rude a d shouldn't be in customer service.
NEVER going back here. Since the hired rhe new people the standards are way to low.
