We asked for light cream cheese and got this. See photo. They need to change the person making the orders. I am always missing things, it's too burnt, drink not right, etc.

On Saturday morning of 1-29-22 I got unfriendly service at the drive through as well as them messing my order up.
And I went again this morning on 1-30-22, I asked for a medium iced hazelnut with creme and sugar and I got everything except for the flavor!! 😡…if I wasn’t so short on time I would have went back and made them correct my order! DD needs to hire better workers to keep a great business!!!

The first time I went I had issues with some of the products.Management was notified and Heather who was wonderful made sure I got a very fresh replacement order. Her willingness to correct the situation and please her customers is refreshing and greatly appreciated I will definitely be returning to this Dunkin' .

No sign on door stating that inside is closed. Went there they have at least 5 employees inside and they stand their laughing and avoiding people at the door. I complained to the corporate office and they said someone would get in touch with in 48 hrs a week later no response. I would avoid this place if you want donuts go to publix they are freshly made and they have better service.

I have stop at this location several times to see if things change, first thing thay have a problem making ice coffee the tast is awful if I stop at the mericamp location no problem maby it's the water not sure .My big concern is Why is the person taking the money wearing gloves then handling my items touching the out sides of my cup then hands you
back your, change who is being protected here no one you are passing more bacteria around!!

I had a egg, bacon and cheese muffin. That was pretty good and of course a great coffee. Service was good and friendly. This location is one of my favorites. Just have a little patience when it's busy because they're short-handed like other places are. Enjoy

My girlfriend and I come to this location a few times a week and almost every time we order two large coffees. Consistently we have to ask them to remake our drinks because our cups are only half full or the coffee is old and bitter. Today they remade our coffees three times and we ended up walking out with only one of our drinks because the remake tasted worse than the original.

Worst Dunkin in Marion county. Lobby is never open. I park across the street because I have a trailer for work and it's always closed.
